-rights to choose stallion for Kat to breed with for second breeding
-teepee rights


Chai Gets:

-rights to basket from first breeding
-rights to choose stallion for Kat to breed with for second breeding
-teepee rights

Both Owners:

-Do not need to ask eachother for permission to enter Katrina in breeding raffles(first going to Chai, second going to Mokona), games, rp contests ect.
-Third basket from any breeding will go to owner who was not intended to origionally recieve one, unless that owner decides to waive that right and give basket to someone else.
-Third breeding will be discussed between Chai and Mokona
-Lifemating must be discussed between Chai and Mokona

This is the co-own agreement of Tuxedo Mask between Nessy and Cuter~


Nessy gets any/all RP rights of Tux


Nessy and Cuter both get sig rights


Breedings shall be discussed between the two owners if and when Tux ever breeds, though both Nessy and Cuter shall each eventually receive a basket from one of his 3 potential breedings (whenever he does get it on 8D~). Lifemating shall also be discussed between the two owners, if the situation ever arises.

Co-ownership Agreement for Fonn Ardea:



Roleplay:
Thamin and I (Naysha Aysha) both have full RP rights for IC and OOC Roleplay.

Mating:
Thamin will be the main rper so she will be mostly in charge of the mating. She has the option of one fling if she wishes, but the other two breedings must be rped. Though she is mostly in charge of the breeding, I want things to be run by me(Naysha Aysha) before any plots are followed through.

Baskets:
The first basket will go to me, if the is an extra basket ((will be discussed with the mate owner of course)) it will go to Thamin.

The second basket will go to Thamin, if the is an extra basket ((will be discussed with the mate owner of course)) it will go to me(Naysha Aysha).

The Third basket will be discussed at a later time, I will most likely want it to go to a newb that we both select, if there is an extra basket ((will be discussed with the mate owner of course)) it will be randomized on wether I(Naysha Aysha) get the basket or if Thamin gets the basket.

Sig/Teepee Rights:
Thamin and I(Naysha Aysha) both have the joint rights to sig and Teepee.

Conditions to the Agreement sad IE ownership will convert back to Naysha Aysha if)
1. If Thamin isn't partial active in rping Fonn. Its ok if it's just ooc in thread just to know Fonn isn't collecting dust.

2. If Thamin goes on Hiatus and informs me of a time she will return, but does not return within a year after the date claimed.

3. If Thamin vanishes without informing me and does not show up or send word of what if going on within 7 months.
