The Army rules. Here representing my Brother in law, soon to be serving his second tour of duty in Iraq as a Seargeant the thing that blows is that he spent his 20 birthday there and will spend his 21st.

xD My boyfriend is Army. Still West Coast based for now. But, getting sent to an overseas base within this year. He wants to go to the 'sandbox,' but I'm happy he's not getting sent there.
Other than that, three more friends going into the Army. And I'm debating between AF and Army. Depends on my rank and what job I'd like I suppose. >.>''

Ally_Os Cool 3nodding But why does he want to go to the sandbox? xD He wants to go to the Sandbox halfly because he joined up because he wants to fight in the Iraq War directly, and halfly because he really wants to go down fighting for our country if he does die. I think that's why anyways.
The fact that he doesn't get along well with his family too much doesn't help either though. ><''

Well lets just be lucky that not all army people always get deployed some people working the Nuclear Development with the branch of the navy stay...
It is funny how you can get
*Classified Information* so easily even if you just in a junior reserves officer training corps... (JROTC)
Felt like being complicated biggrin

Army vet here. Spent my 23rd birthday in Iraq, Desert Storm. Didn't give it much thought. I was just doing what I was told to do.
