Just talk about stuff that you may or may not want to think about in ToS.
Do you think if ToS had a sequel game, would it be any good as the first one? It would probably take place when Lloyd and Colette are naming the Tree.

a sequel would be good...the series only has similer attacks, not stories...though, the plot wouldn't be as thick if it were a continuation.
btw, did you know you can get kratos back? though, it involves killing zelos in the process.

Technically, ToS does have a sequel. However, it came 10 years before the game itself. You might know it as Tales of Phantasia. 3nodding

khinobu Yeah, I know, but Zelos is better then Kratos in my opinion. eek stressed scream YEAH RIGHT!!! CAN ZELOS USE JUDGMENT?!! DOES HE HAVE THE JUDGMENT COSTUME?!! NO!!! scream xp (Hyperventilates, passes out). Okay sorry about that, he he. I guess it is just a matter of opinion. As for the number of Tales games, it wouldn't surprise me if that list was just the tip of the iceberg. And as for a ToS sequal, well they kinda left you hanging with the nameing of the tree but they did have all the characters go their seperate ways. Hopefully they will come out with another, with even more/cooler techs, but that is a far off hope. crying

Has anyone here played enough of the tales games to know if they're all connected in some way? I can easily see that there might be game-spanning connections between some or all of them. example being Symphonia-Phantasia, but that's all i've heard about

It could be that the Tales games are kinda like most of the FF games, where the plot has absolutly nothing to do with the rest of the games.

Actually, there are many references in both games that lead people to believe ToP and ToS are indeed related.
I b'lieve Lloyd named the tree Yggdrassil. Which nobody can spell, including myself. -_-;

Btw I think you spelled Yggdrassil right.
