Principles of the Akiracrats
The Akiracratic Party is gaining ground among throngs of desperate yellow trash and trendy college students alike. But what exactly is the Akiracratic Party? What do Akiracrats stand for?
The Akiracratic Party is simply a large, loyal gang of people willing to follow to the death whomever they think resembles Akira. ("Bum a little Korean from a kindergarten, dress him up in a ridiculous costume and they won't be able to tell the difference," advises Tetsuo.) Akiracrats get together in big, informal conventions every 6 hours or so to chant and burn things and praise Akira. If you've ever been to Bible Camp and skipped punch and cookies, you already have a feel for what these impromptu conventions are like.
What do Akiracrats believe? Here are the basic tenets, in no particular order:
1) Akira is a god.
2) Akira can solve all our problems, especially if we band together and show our support from him.
3) Tetsuo may or may not be Akira's intermediary. Either way, he is still a very important person and we should all kiss his butt.
4) Akira is better than us.
5) We weren't meant to govern ourselves. Akira must do it for us. This is the true voice of democracy.
Sound simple? It is! Being an Akiracrat is easy! Just vote for Tetsuo Shima on election day and you're already on your way to becoming one with the respectable rabble. Or you can just sign the roster to show your support. Spread the word, posse!

*Women aged 14-25 are required to attend Master Tetsuo's post-session party.

♠I don't like the idea of a Akira political party. Akira is a fantasy based anime, government is real and effects the lives of billions. We must learn boundries to our quest to make Akira one of the most famouse anime ever, who likes polotics? On another note, I am a pyromaniac: *burns down everything in his sight!* ♠

I agree with XmasTree... This sounds like a great religion more than a political movement. xD And the people worshiping in the movie AKIRA are quite odd. Although, I am not against them or anything.. I just don't believe in God, Satan, etc. But, that's just me.
Although.. I do like the idea that you can burn the s**t out of everything! xp Yay for Pyros! -burns random things-
