Okay this thread is for any suggestions guild members have about the guild. The guild is for WOT lovers everywhere so everyones opinion is valued. (You can also use this thread to complain about rules or a certain aspect of the guild you think should be changed.)

Warder training facility. Also some way to rise in rank. such as becomeing the teacher for trainee warders and such.

If you want to RP in the Warder training facility, then you RP yourself in the warder training facility in the Official RP thread. We will not accept threads which distract RPing from the main RP thread, albeit the Hall of the Tower, which is a singular exception. Your rank is given to you once you've sent Azalea Verde your writing sample. To advance any further then that, depending on your rank, you must PM Azalea Verde, as that is her forte in this guild. You may not become the teacher for warders unless you become the Swordsmaster, which is a unique rank that is currently being withheld for Lathanam if he so chooses for his character.

Just one suggestion, and that is:
-To create a new topic to find out who is still active. Like post all of the members of the guild on a list and make the people who reply appear in bold and send mails to those who haven't replied asking them if they would still like to participate. If would clear up who is actually going to participate instead of just "be" in the guild.

Since the MOD discussion thread rules don't say we can't read it, I would like to make a suggestion based on something that has happened in there.
There has been a new mule created for White Tower funds... I think that maybe the new announcement regarding it should also be a place where users report their donations to that particular mule, so as to keep things accurate. Then the mods can report when funds are taken out for things along with reporting to COTM... This would cut down any chances of dishonesty, as the funds could be easily calculated (Assuming no spam in that thread) and thus manipulation of the gold amounts couldn't be pulled off easily. I am not accusing anyone, just being efficient and cautious, as is my nature.

Since we wanted to report to you anyway, it'll be like a double insurance.

Another suggestion:
I have had the problem of knowing where people are currently..and I was thinking that maybe people could include something like this:
[ Location of Character ]
I am in another RPing guild ~Eternal Hatred~ and we are using what I am suggesting and it is working out pretty good. It also clears up where a person is at instead of someone asking someone else "Where are you?"

That's a pretty good idea. Perhaps an RP summary place of sorts so that if someone is gone for a long time, they can have an idea of what's happened. I'll run it by COTM and we'll get it up as soon as we can!
