Shooting him would have accomplished nothing. Long, slow tourture would be best, with interverels of psychological torment. For example, blindfolding him would... wait.

I read the title and thought you were talking about walt xp , but yeah, I really don't think anything they do to Henry could make him talk, same with Ethan, there probably so dedicated to "Dharma's" project, that they would die for it.

Well, occasionally I still stop and go, "Damnit, Charlie." But it Charlie killing Ethan makes more slightly more sense than Sayid killing Henry would.
