She had wandered off again. She needed to stop that habit. Where did she wander toward now...? Oh! This was the border of the Pridelands and the Southlands! She had to smile and roll her eyes. The border of the Pridelands and Southlands!
She felt so silly. Every time she went off into a dazed mood, she would wander somewhere. And this time, instead of wandering somewhere dangerous, she had wandered somewhere she could be safe! Hm. She hoped she didn't encounter any lions or lionesses that felt like attacking...

Shifting his large form on the rock, Ta'Ziyan let his copper eyes wander out into the distance, his thoughts plagued with the last encounter with his one and only friend. Since Kami had rushed off into the spance that was the pridelands, he had been haunted with images of her becoming lost, as well as the shadows that were with him since birth. All but jumping at the last breeze, his fur stood on end as he turned to look at the shadows around him, seeing eyes that had been gone for the past few months.
"Why now?" He grounded out, slamming a paw down on the rock in futile efforts as he suddenly caught a scent on a breeze. Eyes widening once more, his copper form turned to catch a gleam of silver. There had been another out there, and that thought made him lower his head and wait with a tense posture. He could only hope not another nightmare had come to haunt him once more.

Safura hummed as she walked along the area, not really noticing anything aruond her. She felt happy--interestingly enough--for once, just to hum and walk. She still had the feelings of loneliness, but she wasn't going to let that get to her today.
She walked until she came up to a hute boulder. Or rock. It didn't matter which it was called, but she knew it was a boulder, rock, or stone. Or something. Either way, she could probably use it to lay and sunbathe. It was certainly high enough, and she could bet, warm enough!
Until she caught a scent. A scent of tension, worry, and that of an adult lion. Why in the world would an adult lion feel like that? Unless it was a lion who had cubs he was worried over... or maybe a mate, or possibly a friend? Hm. She moved to see if she could see the lion.

As the silver flash was closer this time, he took a moment to jump from the rocks and away from the shadows. Settling on his haunces in the grass, he slowly took a few breaths to calm his racing heart. He was an adult, a lion of all things, and he needed to show some bravery. With thoes thoughts spinning through his mind, he opened his copper eyes and looked to the sky, a slight grin crossing his maw at how childish he was becoming.
Turning, he stood and stretched his copper form, tail waving back and forth as he lifted his nose to sniff lightly in the air, catching the location of the silver juvinile.

Safura had managed to climb up atop the boulder, and out of the corner of her eye, she saw a dark tanned lion jump out from the shadows. She held in her laughter, in case this lion was a Pridelander, and she just watched.
She felt that most recently, all the friends she'd met all--in weird way--were afraid of meeting new people... or at least, had issues with meeting others. She didn't, but she might end up that way with all the friends she had. They seemed to have personal problems...
She wished she could fix those silly problems! She sighed softly. She couldn't fix her own, so what was she saying? She peeked over the boulder and looked down at the lion. An adult lion! He was so big... and magnificent. She looked on in awe.
Sighing, she jumped off the rock. Smiled at the older lion, and in a dazed, thoughtful mood, wandered into the Pridelands once more. She didn't feel like being in the Southlands at the moment, and wanted to go and find Kiji.
