This is the governor's conference we went to. Governor Blanco. 3nodding She discussed raising the pay of teacher's by so much because Louisiana has the lowest pay for teachers in the U.S.



Another picture of the conference. Kathleen Blanco's the woman in blue in the middle of the picture. Almost the middle.
