Disclaimer: The characters shown below (which are based on the same ones as above at Gambino Mansion), where characters who were (after, of course, permission was given by that person) added to my game, Chousenshi Densetsu: Dynastie Rising. I often like basing characters off of people I know, and most of which's positions within the game come from dreams. So please, do not request to be placed into the game. If you want to be in it, invade my dreams :p Also note that a Gaia member who was placed in the game or has a bigger role than another doesn't necessarily reflect me liking someone more than the other or whatever.
Just so we're clear on that. I don't expect any whiners here in this case, but I've had problems of that nature in the past. Just covering my a** here, folks.

A (very buggy) demo of the game can be downloaded from http://www.geocities.com/cc_sh_games

Heh. I thought I was the only one who e-mailed himself links.
(Waits for Rob to make an obscene joke on that matter).

S-X- Dual Personalities Heh. I thought I was the only one who e-mailed himself links. no, i'm at work a lot and there's stuff i come across online i either want to keep, add to my site, can't listen to at work, can't watch at work, can't install at work, don't know what it is and am afraid to load it up at work, etc....so i just email it to myself and watch from home. 3nodding

i played a bit of the demo early this morning! nice job! i might want to try my luck at it one day. the last game i tried to make was on RPG Maker 2000. it was good, but i never bothered finishing it. the graphics were so early 90's. i got RPG Maker 3 (or whatever it was called), but just didn't put as much effort into it as I did the 2000 version
anyway, here's my feedback on what happened - i picked S first (since he was nice enough to put me in) and got to CrazyRob...but i had a hard time trying to get him to talk...but when he did, the message disappeared before i could finish reading it. i then ran through just to see more stuff and eventually died.
then i picked Artue and saw the rest of CrazyRob's message and then pretty much shut it down because i had to get to bed because i had to be at work in a few hours.

Yeah, I do that when I'm at the library or otherwise not at my computer.
Anyway, as for the talking to Rob part, the easiest way I've found to do it, is hold up while pressing Space. And I'm working on the combat, and it's a lot easier now.
I myself have many versions of RPG Tsukuru, but the thing is you can't sell games legally with games made on it (which I plan on doing with this one).
And even though Lady and D aren't in the demo, and Rob's only there for a moment, rest assured, all characters will have their moment in the spotlight!

I don't remember off the top of my head, but it's only a few screens after you to the boss. Then, the demo ends.
What's beard-stroking about Artue's legs? eek

Oh. I thought maybe you said that because her ankles were exposed or whatever. I was like "What are you, Amish?"

Ladies and gentlemen, I give a preview of dburger in the game!
Anyway, a few tips for ya, Rob (or anybody else that ends up playing the game... Jebus, it's not like it's a Rob-only game, people!)
-If you're good enough, you can dodge most of the enemies. I got all the way to the boss without hitting a single enemy, and only got hit myself maybe twice.
-Your health and chi refill every screen, so take advantage of it.
-If you need to, don't be afraid to use hit and run techniques to defeat your enemies.
-Use the environment to your advantage. Lure unsuspecting enemies into the way of speeding cars, or trick the projectile-throwing foes into striking their buddies!
-Remember that if you need help, the F1 key brings up the help file.
-There's a quirky little secret that I've hidden in the game. You can figure it out if you know me well enough. If you're still having trouble, click on over to the screenshots gallery on the same page you downloaded the demo.

Unfortunately (or fortunately, however you look at it), I have never played any of the N64 Castlevanias.
And to answer your question...
