It might be too late but if anyone lives in the Calgary/Alberta area Phantom will be performed in the Jubilee Auditorium from July 5-30 (I think). The tickets went on sale on April 1st and you can get them at ticketmaster.com. The last time Phantom did a Canadian tour was about when I was born, I think.

So on the 18th we headed out to Calgary, due to some setbacks we didn't leave till about 4 pm. All was well though, and we made it to Phantom of the Opera on time. The performance was great, except I preferred Hugh Panaro as the phantom (saw him on Broadway) to John Cudia (I saw him as Raoul on Broadway). John was just a little too overdramatic, you know it's too much when you overplay the phantom. However, our Christine--whose name escapes me right now--was perfect. She enjoyed it and was full of energy and talent, and totally kicked the crap out of Sandra Joseph (the Christine I saw on Broadway who was kinda lifeless).
I bought a ton of phantom merchandise, like the dork that I am. I now have a sweater with a glow in the dark mask on it, a keychain, and a coffee mug that has a mask that shows up when there's hot liquid inside of it.
It's in Vancouver (where I am right now, on a hotel computer) starting on August 2nd through the 27th (I believe that's what the bus advert said).
