About:

Yue is the fourth Winters child (including ones that are not Seconds), and the eldest of a pair of twins. In his short life he has fallen in love (though does not realize it yet), and learnt a lot to become a mage.

His hobbies are magic learning, working out in the gym and cuddling with Jaseth when the moment allows. Within the world of Seconds he spends his time with Jaseth while keeping an eye on his other Second brothers and sisters. Outside of the world of Seconds he spends his time at a school that Kara teaches at, right now acting as intern for security.

About:

In the world of Gaia Kara owns an inn called Wandering Blooms and is a part time potions maker. On top of her task as a caretaker for creatures called the Neko Koneko. Her family is huge and still growing at times.

Which makes for a very chaotic house, but she loves it none the less. Though her pets might beg to differ.

Treyz:
The 'eldest' son, though eldest is a relative term since he is actually six years old and the only one who grows at a normal pace.

Cinderella (Cindy):
She is a Hououza from the Magic Kingdom, and is the second child. The only girl in her family.

Triton:
The third child, a Neko Koneko who is considered the baby of the family, though he's quite mature and willing for his age.

Wish:
An angel Fluffy Cat, she is the oldest pet, and the wisest since her last growth, but she still deals with her mistakes as a teen.

Lily Mist:
My second Fluffy Cat only she is a fairie. Friendly, playful and perhaps a bit mischievious, Lily is really good at heart.

Raven:
Raven is my... shoulder demon to lack of a better term. His current status is the result of pissing off some higher demon lord.

Trisha:
The first Second to enter the household, she's a shy one, but sweet.

Mia:
A living doll, there isn't much known about Mia except she observes her brothers and sisters a lot.

Ryu and Feng:
The twin merchildren who are also Seconds, they have a strange bond with each other.

Helen:
GEM doll, who is actually and slowly being considered male instead of female.

Wandering Blooms is where Kara originally lives, and where most of the interesting things take place. Though it is a place separate from the world of Seconds.

Yue lives on the second floor and is currently sharing his room with his mate Jaseth and at times with his children. Even though his children have become old enough to have rooms of their own. So now it is just him and his mate.



Yue's wand, though he doesn't really need it. It's there for show.

{:Hoping For Twins:}

When I look back on it, I don't know what it was exactly that brought me back to Trisha's world, besides for Trisha's benifit that is. There was a need though, perhaps for more children, or perhaps to look after something else. Who knows....

The goddesses talk to the people freely, and I had mentioned that I would like to look after more children. Twins perhaps? Well, so my hopes were heard, and the next day I found myself in the care of two vases. Both with moons on them, though I know little about them, but what their gender might be. The first to be created was this one, a lovely lanvader purple with silver trimming. I named this one Yue.

It is suppose to be Chinese (I am assuming the dialect of the mainland) to mean moon.

In many ways, since they were created at the same time, Yue and Yukito are twins. Though, I think, they are different as well, as I mentioned their colours are different. I think their moons are also different in a way. I'm not sure if it is the trick of the colours, or what, but I'm sure it is.

Both of the moons seem to glow, which is unusual to begin with. Though I think Yue's has a more steady glow, while Yukito's seem to be brighter, or perhaps it is the bright sunny colours of his vase?

The feathers are coming out now, I am excited for the both of them.

Yue has I probably have already mentioned is the more mature out of the two twins. Unfortunately his habit of being right to the point, protecting Yukito and everything has made Yue come off as harsh to some. Jaseth, Steal's Second was certainly scared out of his wits when Yue took it the wrong way wehn Jaseth wanted to play with Yukito's wings.

For a moment Steal and I worried that Yue and Jaseth would not get along, especially since he continued to play with Yukito's wings, but somehow, somewhere along the line Jaseth thought Yue looked more cuddly.

Now I don't know what to make of the outcome, Jase and Yue are so close now, but more than boyhood friends. Can Seconds even have a pairing this early in their stage? I had always thought of them as chibi, but I guess they are more than that in a way. After much debate, as much debate as two slient Seconds can get across, for there was a bit of misunderstanding in believing that Sunshine and Yue were a couple. (Though I do believe Sunshine has a crush on Yue). Yue got it across that he was not interested in Sunshine in that matter. Though why he agreed to being with Jase I'm not sure. I'm pretty sure Yue himself doesn't full know. Only that Jaseth, the poor boy with the self esteem of a nate needs him badly.

In a way it isn't a bad thing, Jase actually managed to get Yue to talk, and while it isn't bad since both twins do not talk, at least Yukito shows more of his emotions. Also... I do honestly think that for now Jase does need Yue, the poor boy is scared of everything and needs someone to look after him.

If there is anything the twins have in common is that they have a need to protect people, however their personalities cause them to want to protect people in different ways. If that makes any sense. Perhaps it is best to clareify this.

Yue, for all his good deeds, is violent to lack a better term, he sees nothing wrong in beating the other person into a plup should the need arise. I can't say I approve, but I don't think there is much I can do to change Yue, it just seems to be a part of him. Why is there a need to explain this part of Yue? Because Yue's protection it seems have expanded to include Jaseth. Well, not like that was surprising... however....

Sylvan is another of Steal's children or Seconds, like me he has taken in a lot of them. Though a cat-boy angel, Sylvan has enough mischief in him to put Raven to shame. He thought to innocently scare Jaseth into crying I think, unfortunately Jaseth slipped into his vase during the whole thing. Yue put the blame on Sylvan for scaring Jaseth in the first place and well...

Yue may not look scary, but that's only because everyone else is much bigger than him, but to another Second at the same stage as him I can't imagine how threatening he must look. Sylvan certainly backed off quick. Though I wonder if Yue understood the term 'mate'.

Probably not....

I wonder if it's possible for Seconds to communicate to each other without words. It has been a curious thing to watch Yue and Jaseth grow closer. It doesn't matter if they're both boys, they seem to care about each other so much. A very unexpected side effect most certainly. The two are rarely seen apart now when we visit the shop.

Bets are going around within the family of how long it would be after Yue and Jaseth become adults when they would have a child. It's interesting though, so young and yet so very much not wanting to be apart.

I still question if Yue fully understands the concepts behind what is going on between him and Jaseth. He probably does, though he does not have the words yet.

At any rate, on to the topic in question is could a Second communicate to each other without words. For in the case of Jaseth and Yue it looks like that is what is happening. Yue once claimed that it was listening from the heart, but in truth the two just seem to know, in a way that is different between Yue and Yukito.

Children, as one would learn after raising many of them, are never really the same. Some of them will learn and grow over time into the roles they'll take up in life, some are inspired to learn a certain way of life while others.... just seem to be born to take up a role. Such in the case of the twins.. and I mean both twins.

I'm not really sure where they got this obsession from, I don't even use magic that often or when I do it's often out of force. Yet for some reason, both twins are attracted to everything magical, and the fact that they soak up all information like a sponge kind of scares me a bit.

They have taken a liking to go to Magic School and learn spells from Tiia, though they have only learnt two spells so far. I forsee them learning many more, I'm more worried about Yue, than I am about Yukito though.

There is something about Yue that suggests that he's also learning fighting on the side, though where exactly he is learning this is beyond me, but.... well it's just a feeling really.

I need to start finding ways of keeping them out of my workroom, though I doubt that would last for long, but well, at least I could try.

This will be the last worklog I'll be writing, as with all my children I give their respective journals to them to write in. Even though I like to observe each and everyone of them there are things that I cannot tell that goes through their minds. In which this brings me to the topic of Yue. One that I find very interesting, since Yue as it turns out will have a very rough teenagehood. Most of the time when they say children become teenagers they become moody or hormone driven. I can't say about the moodiness, none of the four that have reached their teens have been exactly moody, but I think Yue will most certainly suffer from hormones and poor innocent Jaseth doesn't understand what is going on.

It's odd because this has never happened before with any of the others, but well... the others have no 'special friend' as it were like Yue does. Having been with Jaseth since his first week coming into this world it's no surprise that the nature of their relationship was bound to change. Unfortunately having realized on the same day that you become a teen that you have raging hormones when the person you love decides to come out wearing only your sash has not gone over well for Yue.

Not to mention before this is all over Jaseth, who wishes to have a family with Yue will want to know how to have one. Thankfully its mainly a wish to the Goddesses, but then again you never quite know. Now the question remains is will Jaseth understand enough to hold off having a family until both he and Yue become adults and will Yue who has been showing a great amount of control stay in control to not.. well... take Jaseth somewhere private before they become adults.

Ah... to be young again.

How did it happen I wonder now, if someone asked me that question I don't think I could answer it. It started out just because I had accidently scared Jaseth more than I intended to, it started out as a misunderstanding. Jase, I felt was always someone who needed me, true there was Yukito, but Yukito is more than self-relitant even if he can be a bubble head sometimes.

When I first told him he could stay with me for as long as he wished, I let him, though without understanding the bigger meaning. I find it so hard to say love, because the idea of love seems in it's fullest idea so foreign, but I do love him. I think I began to realize this when I agreed to have a family with him, in his own shy way I guess without knowing it that was Jaseth's way of proposing. Even though I think officially Jaseth doesn't know.

There was a lot of things I never expected, like how fast feelings can run rampage. I'm grateful now I don't have to be a child like Feng and Ryu, I would have gone mad I think, though it was quite flustering when we first became teens.

He has claimed an unusual vase as our own, he wants to be a parent and so do I. Perhaps I should start asking the headmaster for some time off.
