Through the tops of the coniferous trees you see snow covered mountains towering above. In between the nearest two mountains, there is a lush, green valley and a winding river. As you reach the valley you see a large, brown barn and a small house painted blue surrounded by fences. Welcome to my humble abode. Welcome to Windy Mountain Ranch.
I am the current owner and manager griffingoalie.

Stable 1: Home of Blitz  Has called Windy Mountain home since April 4, 2006Blitz has shown himself to be a show off. He loves to run around the valley making sure that everyone knows its him and challenging many to races to prove he is the fastest on the ranch. This tends to annoy the other horses who share the valley with him.

Stable 2: Home of Mystic  Has called Windy Mountain home since April 5, 2006He has quite the personality, as many have seen while attempting to tame him. Luckily for me, he choose me after much patience and persistence. I hope he will be a good role model for my young Blitz and that they may enjoy many days in the valley together. Mystic tries usually to be patient with Blitz, but has put Blitz in his place a few times when he has become too annoying. I think sometimes his is jealous of Vixen because she can escape the fields by flying.

Stable 3: Home of Vixen  Has called Windy Mountain home since May 1, 2006Vixen has a very compedative spirit and will never back down from any challange. This has put her and Blitz at odds a few times as Blitz likes to show off his speed. However, Vixen prefers to fly instead of running and often soars into the near by mountains; especially when she does not want to deal with Blitz's antics.

Stable 4: Home of Hurricane  Has called Windy Mountain home since June 7,2006Hurricane is a spry young stallion who has taken a liking to Blitz. He runs around all day trying to beat the older stallion in racing games around the pastures. As the twin brother of Carolina, he loves to annoy his sibling from time to time.

Stable 5: Home of Carolina  Has called Windy Mountain home since June 7, 2006Carolina is a very shy mare. She spends most of her time near the pond in an attempt to stay out of the way of Hurricane and Blitz as they run around. Sometimes, she will spend a bit of time with Vixen and Mystic, her father. With the arrival of Appalena, she Carolina and Grebe have become quite the trio. Carolina and Grebe have overcome their shyness around each other and Appalena, but are still shy around everyone else.

Stable 6: Home of Overacheiving Ninja  Has called Windy Mountain home since June 21, 2006Overacheiving Ninja has shown himself to be quite the prankster. His favorite targets are Blitz and Hurricane. Blitz usually takes the pranks in stride but Hurricane tends to get mad at ON's antics. When he isn't terrorizing the others, Overacheiving Ninja likes to hang around with Carolina and Mystic.

Stable 7: Home of Grebe  Has called Windy Mountain home since January 4, 2007This beautiful mare is Grebe. She came to us here at the ranch from the fields. So far she has been shy, staying in the corners of the fields or lying in the wild dasiy patch by the pond. When approached by any of the other horses, she tends to give up her spot and wander somewhere else. However, now that Appalena and Carolina are usually nearby, she will stand her ground and shoo the other away.

Stable 8: Home of Epona  Has called Windy Mountain home since March 4, 2007Epona comes to this ranch from the faraway lands of Hyrule for a much needed vacation. On her first day here, she beat Blitz in an all out race around the ranch. This greatly supprized all of the other horses and even Vixen. Epona is currently every other horse's favorite to be around.

Stable 9: Home of Gwynfor  Has called Windy Mountain home since March 14, 2007Gwynfor is a gentle giant among the horses. While he towers over most of them (Epona and Vixen being the exceptions) he does use his size to his advantage. Still, some of the shy ponies are hesitant to go near him and will move far out of his way if they are in his path.

Stable 10: Home of Appalena  Has called Windy Mountain home since October 10, 2008This pretty little horse is Appalena. She is a gift from LessaLynn who owns Alaran Stables (on the planet Alara). Appalena mostly hangs around Grebe and Carolina at the pond. Every once in a great while, she will join a race with Blitz and Hurricane.

Stable 11: Home of Ben  Has called Windy Mountain Home since November 21, 2008This little horse is the newest edition to the ranch. He is Ben the Blue Harvest Sprite from Nintendo's Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility. He is quite rambunctious and is always loosing his things.

Stable 12: Home of Vesta  Has called Windy Mountain home since December 3, 2008This pretty little girl's name comes from Roman Mythology. Vesta was a goddess of fire.
