Name: Valencia Kira
Village: Otogakure (Originally from Sunagakure)
Clan/Bloodline: Valencia. The Valencia clan is distinguished from others by their ocean eyes, their doujutsu eyes, and the action of tattooing a bat wing crossing with an angelic feather onto the shoulder blade once the members reach adulthood. For adolescents, they simply have to wear a ring with the emblem. It is a requirement to receive the tattoo because it shows true dedication to the clan. Their ability is to take small, nonliving objects and use them as an agile weapon against the enemy by focusing with their eyes. I.E. Slicing limbs off in a quick blade of sand. However, the skill is surprisingly difficult to use due to constant inbreeding. In fact, it is now so rare that knowledge of the technique is beaten into the minds of the youth in hope that they will be able to achieve enlightenment of the technique.

Headband: Mainly neck or ocassionally but is around forehead in serious battles.

Hair: Wispy, long blonde hair that is waist length that is often thought to be suicidal for keeping down in such a dry and hot climate. Bangs are parted down the center and cut off a few centimeters before eyebrows. The second set of 'bangs' really are cut shorter than the rest of the main hair; the set cuts off at the jaw so the hair does not curl under the chin. Hair occasionally kept up with a decorative metal chopstick with a panda at one end and a rather sharp point at the other so it can be used as a weapon if necessary.
Eye: Ocean blue or in the doujutsu state (see below)
Clothing: As if keeping her long hair down in a desert was not suicidal enough, just about everything Kira wears is black. She has a black shirt with tank top styled straps. It has a square neckline that cuts off rather low and over that top is a wrist-length net top. She has semi-loose black pants. Over the pants is a rather long black sash that is actually sheer and gray but because it overlaps so many times, it appears to be black. The emblem clasp of Valencia clan attaches the sash to her belt to keep it from going astray. Finally, she wears black ninja-styled shoes also protect her shins but the shin guard part is underneath the black pants
Physical Description: Lightly tanned
Background: Kira was born older twin of her brother Kuroi. Because she was the first born child of Valencia clan leader, Kira was deemed to be the true successor of the clan. Hence, she was separated from her brother and they were taught separately at different parts of the house. Her room was at the second story above ground where it was extremely hot. To see her beloved twin, she had to go to the cool underground part of the mansion. First time she went there, due to not being used to the temperature, she passed out. However, her body learned to adapt sudden temperature changes. Her father personally crammed information into her head and would lock her inside a small room with only candles, matches, and books to study. This led to claustrophobia. When Kira began screaming, the family realized the problem and allowed her to study with her brother, who was not suffering near as much. However, as much as she loved her brother, Kuroi absolutely hated her, bottling up his hated for not being the pre-determined heir. Jealousy drove him mad and Kuroi attempted to kill his own twin. When Kira realized the problem, she held out her arms and, crying, told him that if it her death would bring peace to him, then she would allow him to do so. Shocked by her words, Kuroi decided against it and spent the night playing games with his twin and attempting to teach her how to do crafts. However, a ninja sent an assassination mission, mistook Kuroi for his older twin and the ninja knocked both unconscious before killing Kuroi. The family saw the smoke and came rushing to the scene to find it was too late. The furious father confined Kira to the small room again for two full days without food, water, or light. Kira screamed but no one seemed to really care. She was eventually let out because her father's ninja companions of Konoha took pity on her while her father was busy in the Village Hidden in the Leaf. However, Kira was mentally scarred, seeing her brother's death as her own fault and replaying that night over and over in her head. Her parents threw out all of Kuroi's personal objects but Kira kept the Anbu mask of a kitsune that was given to Kuroi simply because he was deemed to be an Anbu. She constantly used the mask to 'speak' to her deceased twin and ask for guidance. Without spending decent amounts of her studying time figuring out how she was going to get her twin to love her more, Kira studied harder and began to get the basic jist of the extremely hard jutsu. He chakra control became rather excellent however, she seems to work the technique best with her sash instead of small objects. After one of her relatives became ill because of the sand, the whole clan moved to the Village Hidden in the Sound. Kira hoped ever since she caught wind of the rumors of moving that she would be able to start fresh in the Sound village.
Personality: Kira tries to stay optimistic and think things through but she is really a very broken and sensitive person. She is an idealist who has many dreams. She wishes to be a medical nin and travel to other villages to see how the ninja differ. Hoping one day to know who killing her brother in her place, she often finds herself trying to use the diplomatic skills that were crammed into her head to talk people out of fighting. If that doesn't work, the solution will be solved with violence. If Kira is placed in a small, dark area with nothing else, she will absolutely freak out, having flashbacks to the worse day of her life and mentally re-enacting it. Often traumatic results will happen like suffering a seizure or falling into a coma for a matter of days. When she needs a stress reliever, she is often found playing an instrument or dancing if not both.
Other: Kira has an fixation with pandas. She wears a panda hat and panda slippers when going to bed at night with her pajamas which usually are a small black top that knots up in the back, white (extremely) short shorts and black handgloves that go up to her elbow.

Ninjutsu-
Bushin No jutsu - The technique in the one the ninjas creates fake copys of himself to fool his enemy.
Henge no jutsu - A technique which physically changes an individual into another person or thing. The user gains any physical attributes of the person or animal they transform into, such as claws or height.
Kawarimi no jutsu- A basic skill involving quickly switching the body with another plant, animal or inanimate object. This is used to confuse the opponent momentarily and create an opportunity to attack or possibly escape.
Genjutsu-
Taijutsu- Kidney Shot - Considered cheap by many ninja, the kidney shot is quick and effective. It may not put the opponent down for good, but it sure will stun with the effective knowledge of knowing where to stab with two fingers.

Clan/Bloodline: The Hayabusa clan bloodline is the abilty to use chakra to control and "animate" wooden arms and hands, using them in combat at the expense of a small constant strain on chakra. As such, most of the Hayabusa clan specialize in taijutsu using a weapon in each hand. Currently, Zaibatsu can only animate two.

Physical Description: Eyes appear haunted, small tattoo of his family's symbol on his right palm, under the bandages (a circle of 8 blades, pointing inwards).

Zaibatsu was very intent on training from a young age. One day, when he was in the woods doing just that, he began to hear screams from his village. He rushed in, only to find the village in flames, the people dead, and a strange ninja seemingly made of fire named Malakai. He attacked Malakai, was beaten down, and was left for dead. Ever since he has been seeking Malakai, looking for vengeance. Now, under the tutelage of Kuro Yamaa and alongside his longtime friend Suki Oui, he may finally be able to become strong enough to complete his quest.
Personality: Generally friendly and straightforward to the point of disrespectfulness, but becomes serious whenever combat threatens. Drops everything whenever someone mentions Malakai, and pursues the topic in preference to all else.

IN PROGRESS: Secret Technique! Stunning Dance of a Thousand Blades - Spins satchel over head, releasing the many swords held within into the air, where he holds them, circling around opponent(s) with his chakra. Then, using his chakra, he makes all of the blades attack as if he was wielding them. He has only done this once (against Malakai), and it tends to utterly drain him (as it is immensely powerful). Takes 5 CP, or half of total (whichever is more).
Hijutsu (bloodline powers)-
Level 1: The Hayabusa bloodline abilty - the ability to animate and control up to six arms made of some material just as if they were normal arms. Costs 1 CP for every two arms.

Clothing: He wears bandages from his lower neck all the way down to his knees. The bandages themselves are very old and brown from dirt stains. Over the bandages he wears a loose tank top with a large music note on it, the note itself is very worn and ragged looking. His pants are snitched at the knees giving the pants a puffy look. The pant color is deep red, with blue stripes on the side. His hands are very ragged by scars and deep cuts, most noticeable are his long (1 inch) finger nails. His bandanna is draped over his neck like a long necklace. On his back sits a very large object wrapped in a cloak, it is fastened to his body by 3 large metal clamps that can be seen on his front side.
Physical Description:Slightly tan, somewhat skinny looking.
Background: Suki was born into a very middle class clan. At a very early age Suki was told to choose a ninja weapon, so naturally he picked the Boten for its musical harmony. Over the years Suki was trained in several ninja arts, but he constant ally played his Boten to relax himself in times of stress. After learning of his clan's special chakra abilities he traditionally took up the Boten as a weapon. He is out to prove himself as the best Ninja assassin who ever lived. What more could this ninja have in his past? Is he something to be feared or dreaded? Only time will tell.
Personality: Very outgoing, unless you cross him or intend to harm him.
Other: Other: Bloodline limit moves sad only uses these if the enemies get past his boten)
Mud form: (Takes no chakra) Turns the user into a blob of mud with decerable arms, legs, torso, and a neckless head. The eyes are dark yellow and a misformed mouth is present inbetween his neck and eyes.
Mud mace: (2-5 chakra depending on how spiked and how large the mace is). One of Suki's hands turns into a large mud mace, it is very hardened and can deal large damage if a solid attack is landed. Spikes will change the amount of damage dealt.
Mud Whip: (5 Chakra)Suki changes one of his hands into an elongated whip covered with a slightly sticky mud mixture. This is meant to drag prey closer to him in order to deal more devistation blows.
Mud Shield: (10 chakra)Creates a large wall of hardened mud infront of Suki, this is used to block large projectiles as well as ground based attacks. The mud is as hard as reinforced concrete but it can still be destroyed.

IN PROGRESS: Note Flurry: A heavy barrage of air cutters (20), the rotate in a random order insuring a maximum spread area in front of the instrument. 3 Chakra.
IN PROGRESS: Melody Protection: Close range blocking move, he uses the energy of his chakra to send out a wave of sound all around him. Will knock weapons back and foes. It requires a large amount of chakra to use (5 chakra). (can cause internal bleeding on attack if he is caught too close to the instrument)
IN PROGRESS: Wave of a Thousand Notes: Sends an unmeasurable amount of air cutters in the direction of the enemy (100+). It has superior chakra seeking abilities. The only real way to dodge this attack is to hide in a deep hole, or get behind a mass amount of cover. 8 chakra.
Confusion Waltz: A move that sends out sound waves to confuse the ear drums of an opponent. If opponent does not save sufficiently, he is dazed for 3 turns.(only can be used 2 times).2 chakra.

He was later recruited as Orochimaru's right hand man, but the manga has hinted at an ulterior motive, casting some doubt on his purported loyalty. His main role was to keep an eye on other talented ninja, specifically Uchiha Sasuke, in order to support the next phase in Orochimaru's plan. He resided for some time in Konohagakure with Akadō Yoroi and Tsurugi Misumi in order to collect information. By intentionally failing the Chūnin exam seven times (over a four year period) he masked his true skill and downplayed his presence in the village. Although technically a Genin level ninja, Yakushi Kabuto is capable of matching even Hatake Kakashi in battle. During his fight with Tsunade, she commented that his sense of jutsu and sharpness exceeded even her own in her prime. Supposedly, Kabuto is a spy, working for the Akatsuki member Sasori. Although it's currently unknown where Kabuto's true loyalty lies. Deidara mentions that one of Sasori's spies has become a traitor. In a recent chapter of the manga, however, it appears that Kabuto is that traitor. At this point, Kabuto also appears loyal to Orochimaru, who had freed him from Sasori's hypnosis. He serves as Orochimaru's top assistant, taking care of him in his weakened state. He also conducts experiments for Orochimaru, resulting in the extention in Kimimaro's life. His complex nature and tendancy to do good things (such as healing Hinata at the Chūnin exam, though in disguise, and offer to heal Sakura after she was injured by Naruto as Four-tail Kyūbi, though he said Akatsuki is the main enemy to be dealt with) have made him possibly the most mysterious character in the series. Recently, Kabuto seems to exhibit signs of jealousy (as evident from his comment " Hmph...Trying to belittle me...A-types are more suited to being underlings, that's what [Orochimaru] is trying to say..."). Clothing: Tight Black minivest over his Dark Blue T-shirt with the Kanji symbol meaning "lonliness'. Has black capree like ninja pants with the wepon holding straps that almost every ninja in naruto has. He has different kind of needles for certain sitiations in which he should use them. He wears a black belt with a silver buckle and needles attached to his belt for him to use. He has straps that covver his hands, back, and legs.
Physical Description: Skinny, not buff but physically fit and in shape. Good-looking person. wink
Background: Isolated child that was thrown away by his parents of hatred and ignorance. Isake grew up being a bad kid and was never really a kind boy to start off with. His parents were drug addicts and drunks who could care less about anyone BUT thier simple, pointless pleasures. They abused him and tortured Isake and that is what changed Isake's personality. He has toture scars over his back. Isake's parents soon killed the rest of the family in front of Isake's eyes thinking they were the strongest and most important but never gave a chance for Isake to show he could grow up to become a strong ninja. All this slaughter and nonstop sorrow and pain Isake was forced to see has gave him the fear of death and an special kind of eye. This eye is an eye that can see through the past life of pain and sorrow a character has been through by looking at one other's eyes. It is called the Eyes of the Sentinel. As they were about to kill their own son just because they are messed up like that, Isake was saved by an unknown man. The man gave his family a punishment of going to hell... Which Isake didn't care whether they were dead or not. This man is still of nowhere to be seen. But Isake looked into this mysterious man's eyes and knew that his life was worse than any other. But Isake now lives alone in sorrow and is now a totally different person from whom he used to be...
Personality: Anti-social. Sorrowful. Seeks for someone who understands his pain. He often daydreams about how different his life would be if life went the way it should've went.
Other: Weapon of choice, NEEDLES. Isake gets mood swings and brings out his inner sorrow and hate. He can't conrol himself and is controlled by his own eyes and his power level amplifies to an unbeleivable extent. Isake can look into your eyes and see your pain and sorrow you know or contain, if you have any and see what you have been through. His special eyes were created by Hate, Death, Sorrow, Torture, and anything of that kind.
~ He can enchant his needles with anything he desires. Any element, anything enchantable for his needles.
Jutsu:
1. Needle Tranfer - can switch body with any needle he has. Sort of like Kawarimi but whever and easier just like *snap* that.
2. Needle Control - focuses on chakra to controll the movements of all or some of his needles to go to his desired target.
Ninjutsu-
1. Wind Speed - Can go as fast and his fastest thrown needle which is unbeleivably fast that you can't even see where he goes but costs a small amount of chakra.
2. Muliplying needles - His neewdles he throws multiplies times 2, and every multplied needle, multiplies till it is a huge swarm of needles fly and can control the direction they fly.
3. Needle Explosion - He attaches a scroll with a needle and when he throws it, the scroll opens and summons thousands of needles flying like an explsion, but needles and hits almost anything.
4. Power Needle - Concentrates chakra to the tip of one needle to amplify the damage 100% and increase the speed of it shot it the air.
Genjutsu-
1. Distressful illusion - With his eyes, he can bring out a mind vision of your worst fear and most sorrowful moment into reality, most opponents get caught in this illusion.

1. Look of Scorn - With his eye, he looks at someone's eyes and focuses chakra to that point and the person who looks into his eyes intantly die. Isake refuses to use it. But can whenever he wants. (Don't worry, I won't use this on someone... It's to make me look badass, lol.)

1. Isake can look into your eyes and see your pain and sorrow you know or contain, if you have any and see what you have been through. And find you fears and weaknesses of that point.

All through the acadmy he was always picked on because of his height and he hated it, yelling and cursing after whoever had insulted him, he was ready to kill the person who called him short. His older brother and parents had figured out about this plan and immediately went to help. That was the last thing they did as they were the first to die at the assasins hands. Back-up came shortly after their death and took down the enemy easily. he had been 3 years old when that happened and since then lived with his older sister who was 7 when this happened. Once he was 7 years old himself, he had run away from the village of Konoha to settle here, seeking power to become stronger and never let those he cared for die again. He now travels with a wold partner named Hanyuu. Hanyuu is a big black wolf, slightly larger than the average male wolf (yes he's male XD) The tips of his paws are splashed with white along with the tip of his tail. The wolves eyes are a deep blue which makes him all that more imtimidating. Personality: Really hates it when people call him short. But in other times he is usually part of the conversations, always trying to prove to others how strong he really is. Background: Born in a dark place, the baby was born with wings for some reason he had a devil's wing and an angel's wing. After when the baby turned 10 he started to train in the Ninja's arts. He became so good that he was kicked out of the village and the Ninja had to roam the world. Trained in all the village's (Grass, Waterfall, Sand etc.) he became one of the best Ninja's in the world.
Personality: The person is dark. Is silent. He doesn't care about anything. Has hatred in his heart. But for some reason does good as well.
Ninjutsu:
Rasengan-A Ninjutsu technique incorporating the chakra control needed for both the tree climbing training and water walking training. With the type of chakra control needed for the tree climbing training, the ninja focuses a set amount of chakra into the palm of their hand.
Tanuki Neiri no Jutsu-A Ninjutsu technique. Forcing yourself into sleep, The user allows the Shukaku (the sand demon that resides within him), to fully emerge, taking over your entire body and mind and unleashing it's full, devastating power. Bakuretsu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu-A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja creates a suicidal Kage Bunshin (shadow clone). After creating it, the ninja can cause the clone to remotely detonate and explode in combat, taking anyone immediately surrounding it out.
Kankuro-A Ninjutsu technique where the user creates a powerful black flame capable of burning through, at least, a thick wall of flesh. The fire is mysterious in nature, of course, because of its color, so it is not known if this is one of the variety of Katon (fire type

Tsukiyomi-A Genjutsu technique exclusive to the Uchiha Clan, but more importantly, only available to members of the Uchiha Clan with the Mangekyou Sharingan (Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eyes), the total mastery of the Sharingan. By making eye contact with their enemy, the ninja can create the illusion.
Taijutsu:
Shishi Rendan-A Taijutsu technique following the Kage Konoha Buyou (Shadow Leaf Dance), putting both the ninja and their opponent in the air, giving the attacking ninja the advantage. Four separate blows are delivered: a roundhouse kick, followed by a powerful backhand blow.
Shoushitsu-A Taijutsu technique where the ninja braces against the ground and drives a powerful knee into their enemy, hurling them away. With impressive strength, this technique can be devastating.
