 The Massachusetts Acadmey is one of the oldest and most respected private college preparatory ("prep") schools in the United States. The Academy was founded in 1700 to bring "proper breeding and culture to the children of the gentry of the wilderness," according to the school's offical history. Located in the Berkshire Mountains in Snow Valley, Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Acadmey has for decades been attended by the children of America's social, economic and political elites. The school teaches young people from grades seven through twelve (senior year of high school). It is a boarding school, with students living on campus. Karma woke up early this saturday morning to get outside and enjoy the beautiful springday, before it was interupted by games and fighting and everything else that went on at the academy on a normal day.
Once awake, she had dressed in a khaki skort, and a purple tank top with a butterfly print on it. She had slipped on a pair of white sandles before pulling her hair back in a tight French braid. As she finished the braid she let it drop behind her and it brushed the top of he skort. She chose not to put on any makeup on her fair skin, and instead simply latched a golden locket around her neck before exiting her room.

Sarah, nicknamed Flowerpower after her ability with plants, stood in front of the mirror in her room. She was wearing a knee-length denim skirt with a freyed end and a light blue T-shirt. She pulled her hair back in a purple ribbon and grabed her sandals on the way out the door of her room. She planned to spend some time in the library. Karma came out of her room, two rooms down and Sarah waved. She walked over, smiling. "Hey, Karma! Where you headed?"

"The grounds" she said softly to Sarah as she joined her "Und Du?" she asked, practicing a bit of her German.

Enye sat outside the dorms, on one of the benches in the back. She had been up practically all night cramming for exams she had today and her eyes were half closed from lack of sleep. She had bundled herself up in six layers of clothing to prevent herself from being chilled by the cold morning air, but found the silent atmosphere worth the trouble.
Groggily, she closed her book and, pushing her long, curly hair out of her eyes, went inside to take a shower.

"The library. What did you expect?" Sarah laughed. The library had been her 'spot' for about a week now. "Guess I'll see you 'round Karma." She walked down the hall to the North exit, which was closest to her destination. She took one step out and a frigid gust of wind blew around her. She shivered. She had forgotten how cold it was getting. She set off towards the library at a brisk pace. Enye, who looked quite tired, was shuffling over in Sarah's direction. "Hey, Enye!" Sarah called, waving. "Looks like you didn't sleep a wink last night!"

john, academy name blizzard (of course you can figure that i have powers of ice lol) walks outside and drinks a soda while attending to some personal chores he than rememberd that he had no pants so he rushed back to his dorm and put on some clothes, he wore a blue falme shirt and dark jeans with special gloves so he doesn't over use his powers and freeze everything, he than got another soda out of the kitchen fridge and went to check up on everyone

john pops open a soda while next to Enye and it sprays all over her and exclaims quikly"oh! im really sorry i didn't mean to" and hands her a napkin

A taxi pulled up in front of the main building, carrying a young girl in the back. She was a tiny little thing, barely four foot five, with short black hair and wide blue eyes. She wore and extra-large purple sweater that nearly fell off her slim form, hiding her arms and hands over a short black skirt, high black stockings, and plain black sneakers. She climbed out, dragging a suitcase behind her anxiously, and paid the driver with a quiet thank you.
Her name was Dinah Kyle, and she looked up at the building with aprehension as the taxi rumbled away. She'd received a letter not too long ago, just after she'd been brought home after the third time she ran away. ...she had been afraid that they'd take her to jail this time, she had somehow sleepwalked into a bank vault...but waiting for her had been this letter promising 'help'.
So now here she was. And all she had to do was find the Principal and see if he really could help...

Karma had waved goodbye to Sarah as they had parted ways. She was halfway across the west lot when she noticed a cab pull up. She was about to go and help the new young student, when she saw Blizard come out the front door and introduce himself. Karma quickly assumed that all was well and continued on her way.
The bitter cold didn't bother her much as she waslked across the open grounds to the training grounds on the other side of the woods.

I was planning to shower anyway. Thanks for the offer, though," she said. "You're lucky. I can never tell if I'm going to fail, whether I study or not." With that, whe went into the bathrooms and selected one of the shower stalls to clean herself up in.
