Shishenkai Village: A small fishing village out in the boondocks, it is located in the northern part of Sairou on one of the main rivers coming from Hokkan. Known for it's skilled fishermen and it's school of Mysticism, Shishenkai Village is actually relatively well off, even if it is a touch on the small side.

Shin-Kai-toh woke up not too early in the morning he was at the fire boiling water for tea for him and his siblings, who were already awake and playing near the waterfront. "Oy!! The water will be ready soon! Don't go far!" he chuckled. "My my, they have grown much... Baba(Papa or dad)... I hope i can teach them as you have me... so many years ago..." He sighed and continued to watch over the kettle. "Hmm I wonder if there's any fish left from yesterday's fishing..."
