I had a dream last night and now it's botheirng me. I woke up and I couldn't go back to sleep, in fear of the dream

That happens
All you can do is confirm you are safe, get a glass of milk, juice or water, and curl up on the couch until you are ready to go back to bed. Sometimes journalling or talking about what we can remember of the dream helps ease some of the fear associated with it.
BTW you are welcome to share your dreams anytime.
