I heard about that and I think it's great. Of course, not all children born to conservatives will be conservative when they grow up(some may go the other extreme and become new types of liberals eek ) but I think it's a cool trend and one the VMNT people are probably well vehemently opposed to...too bad they all decided to stop having babies for the good of mother earth.

So, basicly, in the next two to three generations liberals (as we know them today) will be in the minority. And conservatives and conservative minded liberals will be in the majority. Good enough.

I'm writing a novel that pretty much explains my beliefs on this in a nutshell.

It's set a few centuries in the future, and a population of humans has set themselves apart from the majority: they're religious, conservative and relatively patriarchal--pretty close to what's described here in present-day terms, and because of the values and gender roles thus illustrated, their population is exploding and they're threatening to become the majority.

The protagonists' mission? Destroy these sub-humans by any means necessary.

Like say for example, abortion!

I mean, how dare a group of people actually procreate and have different views...drop the bomb, exterminate them all!

(bonus points for catching the reference to Kurtz in Apocolypse Now)
