Hello.
Your guild has come to the attention of Gaia staff as being in consistent violation of the PG13 part of the Terms of Service agreement. I think this may be a simple matter of just needing a little clarification for you and your mods about what is considered acceptable- so this is a warning PM. Please be aware that repeated PG13 violations may result in the deactivation of your guild and further actions against you and those guild members found to be in violation of the Gaia ToS.
(Links to hot pics of girls grabbing each other's breasts)
These links were culled from just the first page of "Yuri Picture Post" in your guild forum and are examples of what is considered unacceptable for images for posted on GaiaOnline wether it's in the guilds or on the forums.
Here are some fairly clear guidelines for you, so you can know what Gaia mods look for when determining wether or not an image violates the PG13 level. And what should be promptly removed from posts in your guild as well.
Any images with sexual touching- that is grabbing or fondling breasts on females- or genitals on either gender- wether covered by clothes or not are in violation of PG13. Images where the couple are obviously having sex- even edited. I also noticed a post by you that stated that "edited NC17 images are okay"- and this is not correct. If it's obviously not PG13 before censoring elements like "hearts" are added to cover "naughty bits" or bits are edited out- it often won't become acceptable by this type of small editing.
In addition a user on the first page of the Yuri Picture Post offers to send your guild members explicit materials from a hentai site if they send an email to her. That post should be entirely removed and those types of offers forbidden for posting. Your members can Google up porn for themselves- they should not offer to provide it to others here on Gaia.
This is from the Terms of Service- and I'll explain a few of the points.
Having said that, we do have guidelines that we expect our Users to follow. We urge our Users to keep the Content of the Forums and the Art Arena to a PG-13 level. Exceptions to this rule are made on a case-by-case basis to allow for artistic creativity and freedom of speech. These guidelines are enforced by moderators and administrators in each Forum and in the Art Arena. All judgement calls where the acceptability of Content comes into question are decided by the aforementioned moderators/administrators and may be subject to removal if found to be inappropriate or contrary to the ideals and rules put forth by GAIA Online. The failure of GAIA Online to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
While using the GAIA Online Experience, the User may not:
1. upload, post, email, graphically portray, or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racist or otherwise objectionable.
2. Promote the idea of, or directly harm minors in any way.
I think the "artistic" exception for PG13 is the most solidly abused part of this section by users who like to post erotic art. "Artistic" nudity as currently defined by staff means n***s in the classical art sense. Michaelangelo's "David", for instance. Or sketches from a life drawing class depicting the rather bored looking nude model reclining, sitting, standing, etc. And you know- those often get reported too, by offended users. Standards vary pretty widely from user to user.
n***s, near n***s, figures wearing clothes that may as well not be there posing in provocative or sexual situations are not being shown for their "artistic" value, frankly. They may be prettily drawn- and beautifully colored- but this particular type of "artistic expression" doesn't belong on Gaia because it's sole purpose is to be a sexually charged image. And that's not PG13. Frankly, there are loads of sites people can go to to get their fix of pretty porn. It doesn't have to be seen on Gaia.
Now, there's another line in this section of the ToS which I'm going to bring to your attention:
"The failure of GAIA Online to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision."
This means that if someone is violating the ToS and has been for some time- it just means we haven't caught them at it often enough to warrant a ban. It doesn't mean it's okay for them to do it.
And finally- I think the section that covers links to objectionable sites is this:
"1. upload, post, email, graphically portray, or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, racist or otherwise objectionable."
"Otherwise objectionable" covers a LOT of territory, and is pretty subjective, but if you know a site hosts porn images- and that most of your users are minors, I think it's safe to say it's "objectionable" and that the best course of action is to not allow it to be posted in your guild. If your members really want to see 'NC17" images or hardcore- they can do the work of searching google for it themselves- off Gaia.
Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter and the removal of objectionable material from your guild. If you have any questions or want to run images past me for clarification, please feel free to do so- or ask any Gaia mod you may be comfortable talking to. I'll be looking in on your guild in a week or so.

Your assignment as members is to look for rule breaking pictures, posts, and links and report the to me immediatly, unless you wish this guild to be destroyed due to 1 or 2 careless people.
