ok so the quest is to investigate well im stuck i have found the painting the bushes in stuff in that one chicks room and im lost help please

Ohhhh! I finished this one yesterday, though my ability to direct you to the clues might be... pitiful.
Clues-
West Tower, there's a painting hidden behind the crates.
Dining Room in the Main Chamber, the carpet beneath the table is stained with paint.
In the Redguard's room, the Lectern has paintbrushes in it.
I think that's all you need.
