Did the site just give you that information, or a complete chart?
Your best bet is probably to borrow some astrology books from a library and start going through it. Also, where it says "time unknown" - does that mean you don't know what time you were born?
The time is important, because without it, you cannot work out the houses. placements by house are important as well as the signs. The aspects (angles between planets) are also important.
If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask - it can just be a little hard to know where to start from the information given like that, and it's also good if you've got your chart in front of you, so you can get a good idea of how everything connects up in your mind.
