After a heavy push to get folks to buy movies on Sony's PSP format disk for the game, the maker chose to pull the plug on producing any further video titles for the PSP. Not enough people seemed interested in the titles, and studios weren't interested in Sony's UMD disk format.
And in other news, Sony has reduced the retail price on the PSP without games to $200 quietly. A smart move.
