The family lived in the Briarwood Manor located in Godric's Hollow and life seemed relatively normal for the first few years. On Halloween, ironically Charles' birthday, when he was seven, he dressed up as a princess. That triggered something in his brain and he realized that he wanted to be a girl. After an extensive conversation with his parents, Charles began to live as a girl. If he liked it, his parents said he could stay a girl. Trying it out for several months, he officially became a she. Since her mother had picked her old first name, her mother renamed her Aveline while her father changed her middle name to Morgana. Both of her parents supported her decision.
