Hobbies:
Painting: Watercolors are Tiffany's favorite things to paint with. She saw a commercial on Instagram about this tiny go with you paint set and begged her parents for it, successfully getting it for Christmas! It goes with her everywhere now, and she's proud of how her skills have improved! Art is a great way to get yourself noticed and that...is absolutely what Tiffany wants to do.
Social Media: Tiffany yearns to be famous someday. And all she does only fuels that desire. She lives on social media...what areas of social media she can access, at least, and keeps trying to get a following of people who like her. It's hard since her dad does his best to keep her screen time down, but...one day.
Figure Skating: Tiffany loves being on the ice. It's as close to flying as she supposes you can get, and the extra excitement that the chill brings? It's simply perfection, there's no other word for it. She used to have dreams of going to the Olympics, but...those have lessened just slightly, as the thrill of social media fame overtook her but...it's a great backup plan, and so the practices persist!
Virtues:
Organized: Tiffany likes to be organized. She has a day planner that is always meticulously filled in so that she knows what she's going to be doing on that day or any. She doesn't enjoy chaos, or not knowing what is going on. If something is sprung on her last minute, she inwardly panics, so she likes to plan ahead. She is meticulous, coordinated, and reliable and works to avoid any unexpected surprises.
Sociable: Tiffany loves to be around people! You can't be striving for fame and not love people, obviously. She's always happy to speak up, and speak out at events, or in the classroom. She's always happy to be friendly with anyone. You never know who you're going to meet and it's just best to treat everyone like they're important!
Flaws:
Impatient: Time is always slow for the young, and Tiffany hates to wait on anything. Be it cookies baking, classes ending, car rides (oh, how she hates riding in the car for any longer than ten minutes!), whatever it is, she wants it to be finished. Will rush it if she has the chance, and doesn't have much that she will actually take her time with and wait.
Obsessive: When Tiffany likes something, it's never...quiet. She likes things loudly. When something has her attention, it is the whole way, and she will talk, write or post about whatever it is so much that she expects you to end up liking it too. If you don't, well, why not? This thing is so great? And she's going to like it forever. And ever and ever.

Senshi: Sailor Winters, Senshi of Tradition  Attacks:Sailor Scout Attack: It's Tradition! Winters blows outwards and a flurry of what looks like silver sparkles heads towards an opponent. At their feet, a small one foot in diameter patch of 'ice' appears. In the ice, visible only to the one who is affected by the magic will play memories of some sort of past tradition, good or bad. The memory will last for twenty seconds, and during which, the affected may feel some tingling in their extremities, as though they had been watching for a long time, longing for the memories, and their limbs have fallen asleep. Her magic can go no further than 10 feet and can be used twice. Super Sailor Scout Attack: It's your Tradition!

Eternal Sailor Attack: Traditionally....
Winters blows outwards and a colorful sparkles head towards her opponents. The sparkles surround them and each affected can smell, hear and feel specific memories of any traditions in their past, good or bad. They still have visibility of the actual situation, though may see flashes out of their peripheral vision. The magic will cause no lasting harm unless the player wishes. The magic can affect all targets within a twenty foot radius, lasts for forty five seconds, and can be used once.
