Niflhel had been pacing back and forth. He didn't feel like the code belonged in the catacombs anymore. He'd talked it over with snowball and after some long talks between the two they'd decided that the better location for the code was in the clock tower.

Which meant long nights and pulling as many trips as he could to get everything ready. Taking supplies back and forth. The whole adventure and task was taking a toll on Niflhel who now was exhausted and starting to have nightmares again thanks to that exhaustion was looking worse for ware in Snowball's rightful opinion.

However, it didn't stop the Mauvian from creating traps and hidden doors in the clock tower. Over all the project was taking longer than he'd liked and having to study up on some new techniques and bring that to the wonder without an actual power grid.

"I think we need to work on a power grid next.... maybe some sort of varied solar power or something but it'd be much easier to power these things if I had a source that was .... more than just reserves that we bring up here."

There was a wary grunt from the knight, "It's not like I've found where they kept the power station, or what even powered anything. If I knew how things were powered it'd be different. It's not like there's a windmill sticking out like a sore thumb or a waterwheel that I can find."

Snowball nodded as he continued to work on one of the traps, "I get that, but you're over here thinking things like those little lazer lights can be powered by hope and magic and -- I'm struggling to get that to work this time around. When a lot of old stuff that was created only ran on mechanical power; now updating stuff a bit makes it harder to do. I can do trip wires, that's a lot easier."

Niflhel sighed as he nodded, "I know..." The knight looked out the tower window.

"I'm going to go for a walk, you good here?"

There was a nod from the cat as he continued to work tail flickering in annoyance, if he'd been smart he'd just left himself directions on how to do some of the traps he'd done in his past life. Though, it wasn't like he could remember much either nor could he probably read anything now.

Niflhel on the other hand, yawned as he walked down the tower stairs and headed out into the fresh air of his wonder. Not wanting to bother with memories of the past he headed in to the graveyard. The world seemed lifeless still even though he'd found a moth. It was fairly ominous looking with a white head and black wings with red markings. Though it also seemed fitting for the wonder. After all, how many had been buried here? Niflhel was looking at the tomb stones and wondered through slowly passing by each looking to see what was written on them. Even though, he still couldn't read or understand the language it was written in.

Maybe he needed to speak with Tempesti. Maybe she could help him figure out things he'd been neglecting. After all Snowball had promised to help her and well, they needed more homeworlds where people could live in case heaven forbid the worst happen. After the Harold fight he'd been trying to be more attentive to his homeworld but unfortunately it didn't work out well. Or at least it didn't feel like it worked out well.

Niflhel felt like he was busy running from things, and often his homeworld liked to remind him of it. Perhaps that was hindering him.... Thus why he wanted to move the code, sort of a new beginning type deal. He needed to make things where he wasn't running from them. The memories that were held here needed to fade and be left in the past. It was time for something new.

The knight settled on a bench near a large opening watching the grass blow. The wonder over all was looking better, things seemed to be getting done but he still felt like he was failing somehow, somewhere. He couldn't explain it. His eyes were fixed as he watched a vision of himself walking through, what looked to be a funeral. Looking to a gazebo that was at one end of the field, the catacombs were easily seen from here as well. The knight sighed and closed his eyes willing the vision to pass. He didn't find them useful, just triggering.

Instead the knight distracted himself. Tempesti's homeworld had a way to honor those who'd passed, he was glad that Snowball had drug him out to the festival. After all, it probably wasn't good for him to be so reclusive while doing this sort of work.

Maybe he needed to start trying to see if he could find information on festivals and events that were held here because it couldn't only be death and funerals.

It took a while before Snowball finally came out of the tower, rubbing his hands with a towel. Finding Niflhel was fairly easy, "Alright, I think it's ready. We just need to move the code and it'll be finished."

Niflhel's eye opened looking at the mauvian who'd come to find him. He sighed, "Alright, alright. Do we want to move the code now or come back and move it?"

Snowball shrugged softly, "I think moving it sooner would be better for your health." The mauvian was worried about the knight and lack of sleep he'd been getting lately. "I think you're worrying too much about it now so if we move it. Then you don't have to worry anymore."

Niflhel nodded as he got up, "You're right, I probably would feel better if I go ahead and move it."

Niflhel headed towards the catacombs, "You coming?" He paused looking back at Snowball who shook his head.

"Nawh I'll stay out here. I'll set the traps once it's in place." The cat was pretty proud with what he'd managed to finish it took a while and was a struggle but still. At least things got finished and he hoped this would put Niflhel's mind at ease.

It didn't take long for Niflhel to reach the code and sighed, "Alright, time for your new home."

He said to the code as he took it and headed out of the catacombs being careful and mindful hoping it didn't bother the code to be moved. After all, it was a more pleasing location to the knight and got the code out of the dreary catacombs. He'd feel more comfortable coming to the code if it wasn't in the catacombs anymore which was another reason he wanted to move it.

Though as he moved, he was paranoid that anything could happen. It didn't take long for him to get the code settled into it's new location in the tower. He walked out Niflhel was headed back to where Snowball was waiting when he felt something shake the ground....
