Name: Carlisle Cohen

Nickname: no

Gender/Pronoun: male, he/him

Age: 52

Birthday: March 11, 1973

Height: 5'9"

School/Occupation: Classical Studies

Hobbies:

Community Organizer: Carlisle spends a lot of time at one of the local queer rec centers, helping with organizing events, casual meetings, etc. He enjoys being out and visible as an older gay man for the young ones to look up to, as well as telling them the hard truths about gay existence in the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s.

Reading: Carlisle adores reading for pleasure in addition to constantly reading up on new studies for his profession for fun. He devours books almost daily, mostly reading trashy gay romances these days, though he also adores fantasy novels of all kinds. His GoodReads account looks ridiculous.

Fashion: Carlisle's got a taste for the finer things in life. He likes dazzling clothing and wearing very expensive items that make him feel good. He takes a high interest in the trends of the day while maintaining a particular old-fashioned look for himself with lots of jewelry, finery, and layers.

Virtues:

Patient: Carlisle makes a great effort to be patient with people. Every person has their own complex inner lives, and he tries to come to people with that in mind. Most people, he finds, recognize that effort from him, and respond similarly. Patience is a virtue he strives for.

Kind: Carlisle has learned over time that he vastly prefers to be kind to people. Kill them with kindness is a great philosophy. He loves bringing softness in a world that seems so cold and unyielding.

Diligent: Another word one could use is "detail-oriented", but that sounds too corporate for his tastes. Carlisle keeps to-do lists and calendars, and always ensures he is doing the best he can to finish what he starts. Keeping himself well-organized is a delight. He does his best to be thorough in everything he does.

Flaws:

Temper: When he was young, Carlisle had quite the explosive temper. He was constantly getting into knock-out, drag-down fights and letting his temper rule him. He's worked hard over the decades to leash it, but it still can get away from him if he's not careful.

Materialistic: Appreciating the finer things in life comes at a cost. Carlisle tends to splurge on physical items he likes to decorate with. If you've heard of minimalism, Carlisle is the exact opposite of that. There's scarcely any space left on his walls, but he keeps finding ways to fit more things. He is easily won over by gifts that appeal to his sense of taste.

Perfectionist: Carlisle can get obsessive over his projects, pouring over the details over and over again, frantically rearranging things even down to the millimeter, so to speak. He needs everything to be perfect all of the time, and if something is or feels out of place, he gets twitchy. Very precise word choice, itineraries, etc. Vacationing with him is less than relaxing.

Wolfe, Page of The Moon

Wonder Description: A large gazebo and surrounding gardens. The space was used as a salon, a center of debates—social justice debates in particular. Wolfe was once a paragon of enlightenment and hope for the future, fostering a sense of community as people from all walks of life could find camaraderie here. Wolfe gained its name for the way people bonded together, like packs of wolves who would always have each other's backs.

Page Weapon: A wooden toy magic wand.

Squire: Shortbow that summons arrows of pure moonlight that strike enemies with hopelessness for the duration of channeling. Enemies will begin to feel as if there's no point in continuing their activities, as they have lost much of their hope to succeed. The arrows have a range of 8 feet and he can channel this magic for 30 seconds.

Knight Weapon: Longbow that summons arrows of pure moonlight that strike enemies with devastating hopelessness for the duration of channeling. Enemies will feel as if there's no point in continuing their activities, as they have lost all hope to succeed. It would be so much easier for them to just surrender, to kneel and allow the Knight or whoever else to decide what will happen to them. Their destiny is no longer theirs to decide. The arrows have a range of fifteen feet and he can channel this magic for 45 seconds.
