For those soquili with a green hoof, it is almost time to harvest before the summer sun wilts crops. Does your soquili partake in any farming or gardening? If so, what do they plant? How do they care for their garden? Do they work solo, with familiars or are they part of a herd or family who work together? Are they farming for food, are they gardening flowers, do they grow herbs for medicine or are they trying to conserve or restore a damaged plot of land?

If they don't farm or garden, why not? Do they not have the skill? Have they killed every plant they've tried to keep alive? Do they want to learn but don't know where to start? Maybe they can reach out to a farming or gardening soquili to get some tips! If they don't farm or garden, how do they eat? Do they live off the land and forage for food or are they hunters?
Write an RP responding to the above prompt telling us about how/why your soquili farms/gardens if they do. Or why not if they don't and what they do instead.

Jingles the Balloon Pony has always wanted to take a stab at farming. She appreciated watching the seasons pass and the transition of time. Watching something small that she planted flourish? Excellent idea. What fun! And then one day, she heard whispers from other ponies that some ponies have a green hoof and had a magnificent harvest last year. I don't need to do something that elaborate.. I just want to grow something, Jingles thought. And she trotted over to a tree and picked an apple. As she ate the apple, she was careful to keep a seed. She planted the seed and watered it religiously. Why did she want to grow an apple tree you ask? Well, apples are her favorite fruit, and she thought it would be nice to have her own, personal, tree. smile As the days went on, she noticed a sprout. She cared for it until it matured into a tree, and she planted banana peels around the tree as fertilizer to encourage more growth. And as expected, the tree grew apples! And bonus, it provided her shade on hot days. Lounging under the tree, Jingles closed her eyes. This was a good decision... I could even gift apples to friends! Maybe I should plant more apple trees? Maybe I should grow different kind of trees... Maybe I could grow my own forest! Maybe not? Then Jingles dozed off mid-thought.

Though Jingles never got deep into farming or gardening, she did grow a tree. And she was dang proud of it.
