Welcome to the familiar edited Master Colorist Choice Breeding List (MCCL)!
This is a place where you can post your breeding couples for a chance at unedited offspring. Every month, colorists may choose to CC couples if they so wish from active pairings. No rolling will take place here, this thread is strictly CC only. At the start of each year, a new thread will be posted; this is to ensure all posts stay updated! You are welcome to resubmit the same couples from the previous year, we just ask that you make sure all your links are in working order.
Rules
- All familiar breeding rules apply.
Please do not list unedited couples on the edited MCCL. Fully unedited couples should only be placed on the unedited MCCL.
Edited couples may be placed on the unedited list if you are okay with them being chosen by an unedited colorist. If they are CCed from the unedited list, all offspring will be unedited only.
A couple may be listed on both the edited and unedited MCCL at the same time.
You may only have one post in each MCCL. That's one post in the edited MCCL, and one in the unedited MCCL. If you accidentally double post in one of the threads, you may delete one of your posts.
You may only list a maximum of five familiar pairs in your post in each thread. That's five edited couples and five unedited couples in total. If you want to add a new pair or are breaking up an old pair, you have to edit your post.
A single familiar can be posted multiple times with different partners. If a couple involving that familiar wins a slot, the LL counter will reset for that specific couple only; LL counters for the same familiar paired with different familiars will remain unchanged.
You can be involved in as many pairs as you want in this thread, but you, personally, may only post five pairs in your post.
The same couple may be posted by both owners in their individual posts.
If you fill out the "preferred colorist(s)" option on the form, you can only list the names of colorists. If you put "anyone but
Your form must have a link to a valid breeding agreement. If you can not find the original agreement, please repost the agreement and link that.
If your pair gets chosen, you will receive a PM from your colorist to let you know. You have one week to respond - if you do not respond, you will forfeit your breeding slot.

- Can I enter my pair both in the Master CC list and regular slots?
Yes.
How old does my familiar have to be to enter?
Familiars can enter breeding slots as soon as they are certed, there is no age restriction.
Is this a one time list or reoccurring?
The Master CC List is ongoing; colorists may pick from it every month. A new thread will be posted at the start of each year, and the old thread archived.
Do I need a breeding agreement if I own both familiars of a pair?
No, you can simply write that you own both of them. The only exception is if they are lifemates, in which case you need to link to the permissions post.
Does the MCCL count toward Low Luck (as in, if we don't win for the month)?
No. If you don't get picked from the Master CC it does not add to your Low Luck (LL) count. However, the MCCL can restart your LL counter if you get picked, as you will have won a breeding.
