Tak was sitting in the living room on the floor feet tucked under him using a pillow as a chair while sitting at the coffee table with paper and markers. He was writing a letter to Santa hoping to finish it before the mail man came so he could send it off to the North Pole before everything closed.

He was thinking of what he wanted to ask Santa for, so he started the letter out like normal. "Dear Santa, I've been good this year." He read as he looked at the letter thinking about what he could write. He also thought about what he couldn't write because it'd probably get him into trouble if the wrong person intercepted his mail and he gave a huge sigh.

Instead he wrote out, about the fun adventure's he'd been having before asking for the presents he wanted. Listing off pokemon and mentioned that his favorite pokemon was zigzagoon. Tak was thinking as he looked at the letter adding that he'd like to have some sonic games and board games. When he was happy with the letter he plopped it into an envelope and made sure it was addressed to Santa at the north pole.

He hummed going to go put the letter into the box and wait for the mailman to arrive. How ever when he opened the door sitting on the steps was a really weird package. There was a pause as he looked at it. It was addressed to him but looked super old. Tak looked curiously at the package and picked it up. It seemed fairly heavy for an old box. "I wonder how this got here."

He sat the box inside before going to put the letter in the mailbox downstairs. When he got back he took the package to the coffee table and inspected it. There was no return to sender or anything of use. It seemed however, older than he was by a lot. He was curious what could be inside the box and slowly unwrapped the package as he was careful to take the string off and then open the paper without ripping it. As it already had seen better days and he didn't want to break anything.

When he got the box unwrapped he inspected it to see if there was anything that gave a hint as to what was inside. There was nothing he could see to give him any hints so he carefully undid the tape wondering if he needed to get something to steam it as he'd seen on a TV show his mom had watched. He managed to get the tape off after some time. Taki slowly opened the flaps on the box and peered inside.

There was a stuffed animal in the box, it looked like a very old loved racoon plush which had Taki confused something felt very off about this item but it was very old from what he could tell. He took it with great care and turned it over in his hands looking at it. The stuffed animal had him enamored and he wondered what it's story was as it could easily been a few hundred years old he thought but wasn't sure. "Mommm" He called getting up and going to find her. He wanted to show her the plush and well, he felt quite lost in time looking at it.

Mysterious Mail: ( 8 ) : The mail is always bad this time of year, but it seems like something's gone a little extra wrong. You’ve received something that’s not quite right. Maybe it’s a box that looks like it’s from a completely different era, wrapped in brown paper and tied with dark twine. The box has scuffs and scrapes and a yellowed name tag--with your name and address on it. There is no return address and no indication where it came from. If you open it up you will find some sort of timeless item that feels as though it is easily decades old. It may not be particularly valuable, but this item seems to have been lost to time--and somehow ended up in your possession. Any time you look at it you are filled with the same sensation of timelessness.

Maybe it’s an old letter with no return address, no name on it; it's impossible to tell who it is from or how it got there, given that it might have arrived in your mailbox, your front door, or maybe it even just showed up inside your house. If you open it, the letter is dated from decades ago and contains some surprising information; it is a letter lost to time and contains some secret. The content of the letter is up to the player; it might contain a confession of love, an admission of guilt, the secret of some crime--no matter what the letter contains, it leaves you with news to reflect on. Do you try to seek out anyone mentioned in the letter? Do you investigate or try to hand the letter over to someone else? Does the content of the letter reflect your life in some way? ...Do you have to worry about someone breaking into your house to leave strangely coded messages?

Maybe you’ve gotten both and really need to phone up the post office to see what’s going on.
