Odainsaker hummed as she walked through the park the snow had freshly fallen and seemed largely untouched here. Which had the squire quite confident she could perhaps make a snow angel. However, she had the white shawl she'd bought to throw over her shoulders to help keep her warm and to keep others from worrying that she might be completely freezing.
Winter gave her time to realize she'd pulled the short end of the straw on the magical fuku spectrum. Which was fine, the magic kept her mostly warm. Until it didn't keep her warm at least. And she was also glad she had things she could add to the fuku to help make it warmer, in terms of shawls and caplets. Though she was very tempted to buy a cloak to help her keep warm. She was sure that would perhaps be too much if she got into a fight.
Which was the only suitable reason for her not to invest in one for patrols. She was lost in her thoughts and hadn't noticed quite yet, that the snow was slowly starting to stick to her legs. Or perhaps she was ignoring it at the moment.
Marshmallow Snow: (5) : Fresh-fallen snow coats Destiny City. It’s pristine and crisp, and it crunches as you walk through it. It may be a few inches deep, but it doesn’t seem to go above your calves when walking. At first, it’s easy enough to walk through, but gradually you realize that it’s getting harder to move. Every step you take feels like the snow is pulling you back in, and if you get a good look you might realize that sticky white fluff is clinging to you. The more you walk, the more it pulls, until you’re almost completely stuck. Something about the snow smells oddly sweet, and the tacky, marshmallow-like snow seems like it’s suddenly become a prison. The more you try to break free, the stickier it gets, and you’d better hope you don’t fall down. The more you struggle the harder it is to escape, but if you manage to stay still for a few minutes, the marshmallow will freeze and crystallize. When you move again, the snow will turn into a powdery dust and you can break free easily. The only good thing about this is that you won’t starve if you get trapped–the snow tastes just like marshmallows.

The novelty of the whole being magical thing absolutely hadn’t worn off, and Windsor was walking around, grinning broadly.
There was another aura nearby, and it felt friendly…so far they had all felt friendly, which honestly led Windsor to wonder if there really were any enemies around. Sure, Lovas had mentioned them, and Tempesti, but until Windsor kicked some butt themselves…it was almost easy enough to pretend there was nothing, and they were just given a fantastic outfit and increased speed and strength just to be awesome…which. Windsor was awesome.
When the owner of the other Aura finally came into view, Windsor ran over, heedless of the snow, and not really noticing that the snow was…behaving strangely. “Hey! Hi! I’m Windsor, I’m new, how are you, I’m going to guess that you’re another Cosmos person…you have stars too, am I right? Please tell me I’m right!”
Odainsaker had slowly started to realized there was an issue as she walked and it was getting harder to move. She looked down and saw the snow sticking to her legs and the see through fabric around her legs. There was a frown as she tried to dust it off and it stuck to her hands.
She was sniffing the snow when she felt an energy signature and well suddenly they were on top of her basically speaking and Odain paused, the snow smelled like marshmallows and well considering it's stickiness there was a problem and it seemed she was suddenly joined by another cosmos knight.
Her brain was catching up with the whole situation before she chuckled, "Yeahhhh Hi, um . . . . I'm Odainsaker."
She introduced herself before shifting and trying to remove herself from the sticky snow mess. "Ahhh, you're right I am a Cosmos squire...." She puffed her cheeks out, "Hey is this snow really weird to you too? Like it's sticking to my legs and smells like marshmallows."
She said pointing towards it not wanting to really interrupt the fact she was meeting a new friend and alley but the situation at hand was a little more important to escape from. "I hope you didn't get stuck in it to, I'm trying to figure out how to get out."
The squire added as she moved again trying to see if continuing to walk a short ways from her current spot would help, but not enough to leave poor Windsor by themselves, "Got any suggestions?"

Hell yeah. They were right. Five points to them! “Odainsaker, it’s nice to meet you! The…the snow?” The question threw Windsor for a loop and they looked down, frowning at the fluffy white stuff, but…
Now that it had been pointed out…it was kind of sticking to their pants? That wasn’t…normal...but. Maybe it was just a wet snow, that was normal enough for a wet snow, and then they could make a snowman and just…have fun with it.
“Wait, stuck?” The word managed to poke through their excited planning and Windsor tried to move their foot and…
Oh.
“...It’s sticky. You’re not wrong I thought…wait, marshmallows?” It seemed everything was penetrating their brain slowly but.
Bending carefully, Windsor scooped up a little and tasted it. “...s**t. It tastes like marshmallows too! You don’t have like, fire do you? We could melt it? Roast it, whatever.”
Odain thought she'd been oblivious but Windsor seemed about equally oblivious if not perhaps a little bit more and the Cosmos squire couldn't help but chuckle a bit. Even though they were kind of in a stuck situation.
"Unfortunately I do not have anything that makes a fire. I perhaps should start carrying something just in case. Because roasted marshmallow would be good right now. Or maybe hot chocolate with marshmallows."
She looked curiously around to see if she could see anything that might help them get out of the marshmallow. "Alright, how do we get out of this? Because now I want a good cup of hot chocolate and maybe some s'mores." There was a bit of a lighthearted laugh when she said that.
