Female Adult Omni Species Lines

Colorists wishing to join staff must color at least 3 samples on the provided lines, can color more if they wish. For editing colorists. provide at least 2 different colorations with edits on the provided lines.
What we need:
gaia_gaiaplat Secretaries (helps to update events, Owners list, Answer questions, Run games and update colony list)
gaia_gaiaplat RP Managers (Helps to keep an eye on user roleplays, run shop roleplays and write prompts)
gaia_gaiaplat Colorists (The colorers of the Dragons, Will need Full-time and part time, guest is full.)
Pay:
Secretaries, RP Managers and Certists will be payed in Staff Credits primarily, if there needs to be platinum involved, it is negotiable.
Colorists will keep 100% of their profits from events, Auctions, customs and breedings as well as receive staff credits
Full-Time colorists: Get 1 credit per unedited pet colored for events, freebies or anyone other than for themselves. Get 3 credits for each edited Dragon colored for events, auctions or customs.
Get 3 credits per unedited breeding. Get 5 Credits for every edited breeding or hybrid breeding that they created the edits for themselves (Did not use stock hybrid edits)
Keep 100% of plat from events, Auctions, breeding and customs.
If you dont want your plat, have the patrons send the trade to the shop mule.
Part-Time colorists: Get 1 credit per unedited pet colored for events, freebies or anyone other than for themselves. Get 3 credits for each edited Dragon colored for events, auctions or customs.
Get 3 credits per unedited breeding. Get 5 Credits for every edited breeding or hybrid breeding that they created the edits for themselves (Did not use stock hybrid edits)

Guest colorist: Get 1 credit per unedited pet colored for events, freebies or anyone other than for themselves. Keep 100% of plat from events, If you dont want your plat, have the patrons send the trade to the shop mule.
Certists: Get 2 credits per 5 completed and dropped certs.
Secretaries: Get 10 Credits per event updated from start to finish (Inluding but not limited to, auctions, flatsales, flaffles raffles free raffles and rng/dice games.)
Get 5 credits for updating the owners list after events or breeding seasons or as needed.
Get 3 credits for updating the colonies list if it was needed.
No credits are awarded for checking on job rolling and stat rolling.
RP Managers: 5 credit for every completed smaller roleplay that are held for others, like rp prompt style games. (This does not include personal roleplays). 10 Staff credit for every big Meta that is completed.
Requirements:
Discord is not required but very strongly suggested, or you will miss out on A LOT and replies may be slower.
Colorists will be expected to have a program that manipulates layers and to be able to follow the couture of the Dragons bodies, no flat creations as there will be a form of quality control.
Colorists will be expected to color the line work as well as the Base layers.
Edits need to be able to match with the shop's art style and its simple shading style.
Full-Time colorists: Need to be able to edit, will have a breeding thread(required), customs thread(required), will be able to make an auction in events and workload will vary but could be as high as 25 pets per event, Required to involve and color for events, are not required to cert.
Part-Time colorists: Can choose if they are editing or non-editing, can have a breeding thread but not required, can have a customs thread but not required, will be able to make an auction in events if they have colored at least 8 Dragons, Color for events, workload may vary but could be as high as 15 pets per event at times, are not required to cert.
Guest colorist: Are non-editing usually but can edit if they wish to, however their edit work is free, can have a breeding/custom thread but all work is free, can only make an auction for an event if they colored the Part-time quota's worth of pets first, Can choose to color or not to color for events, Min workload is 6 pets per event that they choose to color for but can choose to do more if they want to.
Certists: Must have a program that can manipulate layers. Must keep font on certs uniform (Same font all the time), Must be willing to correct mistakes on certs. Dragon should not cover up the owner information or the other information on the cert.
Secretaries: Must be able to update events, Auctions and games daily to every other day, Flatsales must be updated ALOT for the first few days after opening. Must update Owners List after each event or breeding season, Must check on and update colony list as needed.
RP Managers: Must have decent response time in RP's and metas (It will vary depending but try not to vanish for weeks), Must be cautious of triggers of our patrons, spoiler triggering images or give clear warnings of common phobias and gore.
