Going out, collecting energy, it was often times a slow going affair unless he did hit up one of the clubs which the Negaverse owned and ran. That was when things went quicker and he felt far more productive, not to mention he could turn in earlier, the nights were often spent on his own gathering energy with a few nights here and there spent with someone else. On rare occasion it was his husband at his side but more often than not it was someone else.

Tonight Londonite had gone out on his own to gather energy, pausing here and there whenever he felt an energy signature. If it was stronger than his own he'd back off, till he was certain they couldn't sense him, and if the same to his own he continued as he was. He wasn't looking for a fight per say but he also wasn't going to stop what he was doing because of someone his own rank.

Pausing for a moment, just as he was crossing the street, Londonite could sense someone. He was heading towards the cities largest park, most of it being green space, and he felt a senshi there...someone his own rank. Not at all worried he headed off towards the park, continued crossing the street, as he passed the gates and stepped into the park as he headed inside.

Feronia sat on one of the benches and looked over the little paper map he had of the area, something he'd been adding little marks to as he went, so he could make sure he didn't get lost when he was out on his own and wandering.

While most of the time he was alone, he wasn't startled much by the appearance of someone in the distance. They didn't seem bothered by his presence, at least from what he could tell, so he tucked his map away and got up to wave at them.

"Oh, hello!"

Londonite had sensed them, he even figured he might run into them somehow, but the fact they were just there..unmoving and seemingly unbothered by him. They weren't out to fight him or scold him, to question what he was doing, it was a bit unnerving as he locked eyes with their figure. Not human...that thought popped into his head while his feet carried him closer to them.

"Are you lost little deer?" He questioned closing the distance slowly, a lazy sort of slowness, he wasn't interested in crossing that distance faster than need be. If they weren't looking for a fight than he wasn't going to, not to night, he didn't want to come home injured if he didn't need to. His partner didn't exactly like seeing him hurt, and he knew it, so he was trying to do better. They'd had a talk about it, because they talked like most couples did, and he would try and do better when he could....

Feronia's ears perked up at the question, and she shook his head slightly. "No, not really lost. Just exploring, what about you? You remind me of someone I met before, though... hrm."

Tilting his head as he thought about things, he then offered his hand. "Feronia, I hope I'm not interrupting your duties this evening." Because the other had been busy, he assumed that when he'd bumped into them as they'd left quickly once he was fed.

"Lost, of course." Rolling his eyes as he spoke, arms coming to rest across his chest. Of course this alien, who was even more alien than the usual senshi, was lost. Londonite might not be from this country but he'd found his way, rather quickly, along with his spouse. He'd had no choice and he couldn't afford to be lost for long, to need help, they'd had to survive on their own and manage learning a new language as well. It had been sink or swim...they'd learned to swim.

"Interupting....no." They didn't care? He was confused honestly, that was not normal at all. "Also, Londonite." This was oh so very odd..it was something he'd be telling Chalcanthite, his general, about. He was rather certain they would find this interesting, though what they might do with this information he didn't know, this could certainly be useful in some manner. Maybe it would pan out to be really benefical in the future even.

"Oh! Well, if you are lost, I do know that some of the large structures humans reside in aren't that far away. I keep away from them, I know as a guest here my appearance can be off-putting. The other friend of mine who is like you told me that." Confirming things as he spoke with a light nod, his ears twitched at the new stance they were taking.

"Londonite... oh, that's an interesting name!" It sounded very different than the others' name, but then again, Londonite also looked far different than they had.

"I hope your night has been going well. I've been slowly finding my way around, but everything is so different here." And nothing he'd found so far had exactly helped with his mission of fixing his home. If anything, the only progress he had made was getting a footing here.

"I'm aware of there being appartment buildings not far off. I'm not lost." Though it was clear this senshi was lost, and in more than one way, it was odd hearing someone refer to people as humans and speaking of people as something alien to the speaker...which was the case, he knew that, but it was just odd to hear. "So why are you aliens here then? You don't fit in, you aren't human, and yet you're here." And not exactly welcome either. At least this wasn't what you'd expect when thinking aliens arrinving on Earth. This wasn't Independance day...at least not yet.

"It's been well." If not a lot odd, now that he'd run into this senshi, his night had been perfectly normal and even slow till now. "Londonite, it's a mineral but also sounds like a city." A city in Europe, not that the senshi would know, the alien didn't need to know about the city of London.

"That would make sense - you aren't from here."

At their question, his ears drooped. "I... well, I'm not sure how I ended up here? I was laid to rest, and then when I woke up, I ended up here. I plan on going back to fix things as the great vine would require of me. I just have to figure out how to fix things...." Because there had to be a way, otherwise why had he woken up after the ritual? Something had gone wrong, and he needed to fix it.

At the mention of minerals and cities, he did look back up at them."Oh, my name comes from the nature of the world, though..." When he'd woken up, there wasn't anything left that was lush or green, let alone alive.

"Does my presence here as a guest upset people? I know I was told to keep from causing trouble while here, so I've been trying to hold up to that request from them. I don't intend or try to cause trouble to anyone here..."

"Laid to rest...you died?" They died and woke up here? How the hell did that work? He knew magic did a lot but dead was still dead, and that was what laid to rest meant - dead. "You need to figure out how to fix things...because you're alive? Because being alive is a problem." He understood the dead not being dead thing being wrong, it went against nature and all, but why fix it if it meant you were dead again? That went against human instinct of wanting to live. But that might not be the case here....not with this alien.

"Are you looking to be dead all over again little deer?" He was certain there were plenty of people in thic city who could help with that, himself possibly included.

"No, if anything your presence is..interesting." Enough that he would be telling Chalcanthite everything, everything about this odd conversation, because it was likely to intrest him as much as it was himself. What an odd and interesting senshi this one was. "Tell me, what do you do in this city? And why fix whats in space and not remain here? I've heard it's all dead up there."

Thinking on it, he looked down at the ground for a moment. It was complicated in a way he wasn't sure outsiders might understand. "I was supposed to have, to make sure the harvest went well after something started to go wrong." Rubbing at his arm, he looked back up at them as they mentioned being dead again.

"If it would fix things... but I have to be sure first, I have to make sure the ritual goes right, I need to do my duty...." Quieting down, he was relieved to hear his presence wasn't outright bad, though interesting wasn't something he was sure about either.

"I... haven't been in the city, just the forests. Trying to figure things out and spending time with the trees." But their last question had him looking up, getting a bit firmer as he spoke without hesitation.

"It's my duty to fix things; the Vinemoss raised me to make sure the harvest would continue. That's where I belong, I'm just a guest here."

So he hadn't just died but he'd been some sort of sacrifice? Londonite knew that sacrifices, of the human variety, had once been a thing but humanity had moved passed that for the most part. It still happened but that was in third world countries really.

"They klilled you - you let them...and you want to fix things? You are upset that you're not dead." Wherever he was from was sure backward, and he was glad they weren't some sort of crazy who wanted to bring his beliefes and way of life to Destiny City and Earth on a whole. "So you want to die, again, for a place with nothing living? Magic breaks the rules of science, yes, but I doubt you killing yourself will bring a whole planet back to life. You'll just be joining the rest of the dead." Which fine, if he wanted to do that like an idiot, he wasn't going to stop him. But he would question his idiocy in believing such, in wanting to off himself.

"You do know you sound like a self sacrificing idiot who just wants to be dead, right?" Maybe he shouldn't just let his mouth run away with him, let his thoughts just spill out, but did he really need to filter himself here? Considering what they were saying Londonite didn't think it was such an issue. "Most fight to live and you want to fight to die - again. "You get a second chance, which people don't typically get, and you want to throw it away....you're an idiot. If you want to die so bad I'm certain I can find someone to go to space with you and finish the job. Say the word and I'll call someone here now to do that. No need for figuring out what went wrong." Just a simple fix really. He'd call his own General and let them go up to space wit this idiot and off them. One less senshi and this one wouldn't feel so guilty, about not dying properly, and they could get the whole living thing over and done with.

He was honestly annoyed that they wanted to just...die. Not to mention it was for nothing really.

Feronia looked at them in confusion; it didn't make sense to him as they went on focusing so much on his life over the community. "Of course, I need to fix things, as it's what all the senshi of Feronia did before me, and I am no different."

Again with the killing himself, each time they framed it that way, he felt more and more confused, with his ears twitching slightly as he listened and let them talk. It felt like they weren't giving him a space to respond anyway, and he wondered what was wrong with this person to be so rude otherwise.

At the mention of having someone to go to space with him, he did perk up slightly, if only for a moment. "I need to go back, can they take me there? I haven't been able to get back since I ended up here..." And when they seemed to take a break, though it was obvious Londonite could keep going, he decided to continue.

"Though the vine may wither and the moss may dry, those who follow the path to their roots will always find somewhere to start anew." Speaking quietly in that cadence long ingrained in his heart, Feronia rested a hand over his chest.

"No single Feronian is so important that they are valued more than the whole of Feronia; otherwise, the balance would have long been upset. But I'm certain the Vinemoss have left me guidance to continue; they have guided every Feronia before me since before our written history." It was one of the few things that made pride well up in his chest, the knowledge that he was doing what needed to be done so that others could continue. There was always a future, even after harsh winters and small harvests, even when fire burned most things to the ground long before his time and hope was lost, there had always been a comeback, and until he knew it to be true this time as well.

Londonite really did wonder if brain cells could die siomply by listening to someone say something so...stupid, the idea of wanting to die and seeking it out willingly like this. They were perfectly healthy and there was no way their death would save a whole planet. But there was, obviously, no way of talking someone out of doing something dumb.

So he might as well try and help his own side by removing one more senshi from the playing field - right?

"My general can't get to space on his own, you should be able to do that. You can take him with you and I'm sure he won't mind killing you." He might even enjoy it really, he was suire several officers would enjoy putting a senshi down especially if they were willing.

"I'll talk to him." He would either way, with or without the other knowing.

Hearing that this general person couldn't help him get back to space, he frowned. "But I can't get back, I'm not sure why..." And he wasn't sure he liked the idea of an outsider coming to his planet without knowing the proper steps or intentions of the ritual.

"You seem to put such a negative focus on things... perhaps you should seek help." It couldn't be normal, he hoped, for a human to want to harm someone so much. But with things seeming to hit a wall, he decided maybe that this conversation had run its course.

"I hope you find some answers from your general, but I believe I should seek someone else to bring me back to Feronia since you said he's unable to." At that, he offered a polite bow and started to leave, only slightly less confused about humans than before.

"I hope you have good luck in your duties and that the moss grows lush where you rest."
