Storm was sitting on a park bench looking up at the stars. Magion had mentioned he'd had a past life? He wondered what it was like up in the stars. He had only know the dark mirror life, and while he didn't regret it he was curious what life was like eons ago.
As he thought he could feel an energy signature, it was curious and he looked towards the direction in which it came from. He hoped it wasn't someone who would just attack, he knew most order feeling auras didn't particularly care right off the bat for Chaos.
He went back to watching the twinkling stars until he felt the energy signature close enough he called out, "Hello?"

Sadalsuud had been making her way back from feeding the stray cats, but had found herself lingering in the quiet streets as the thought of returning home had held little appeal.
Eventually she had found herself slowly meandering towards a park that she remembered being nearby, figuring that she could climb the flat roof of the little building near the fountain that sold drinks and ice cream during the day and sit and watch the stars for a little while.
The park was on the small side, and the evening had been a quiet one, so Sadalsuud hadn’t been expecting anyone else to be there - but her lips had curved in a small but friendly smile when she spotted the senshi sitting on one of the park benches.
"Good evening" she called back in response to his greeting, recognising the aura as one that belonged to the Court, even if the senshi that the aura was attached to was not one that Sadalsuud was familiar with–
Although that was not unusual given that there were a good many members of the Court that were unknown to her.

Storm grinned, "How are you tonight, sister?" He asked brightly Hawaiian accent showing when he called her sister; as she came closer into view.
He looked back towards the stars, "It's certainly a lovely night isn't it? Perfect for star gazing."
It was clear without a storm or cloud in sight which was rare some days that they had a clear view. He enjoyed watching the weather but also enjoyed star gazing when he had the free time to do so.
There was a moment before he turned back to her, "I'm Storm" He offered his name. "Have you come to star gaze too?"

"I’m good, thanks" Sadalsuud said, the smile lingering as she absently fiddled with the handle of the satchel that rested against her shoulder. "How about you?"
She nodded as the other senshi commented on the loveliness of the night, green eyes instinctively drifting up to glance at the stars for a moment before shifting back to her fellow Court member.
"It really is" she agreed, as his comment about it being ‘perfect for stargazing’ made her think of Merkeb–
Because the senshi of wishes was fond of looking up at the stars too, and on more than one occasion the blue-haired Court member had been out with her telescope on the rare occasion that their paths had crossed.
Her smile widened slightly at Storm’s introduction. "It’s nice to meet you, Storm," she said. "I’m Sailor Sadalsuud." She paused briefly before adding with a gentle laugh, "But you can call me Sadal, if that’s easier."
Sadalsuud laughed again at Storm’s question about whether she was out to stargaze too but nodded slightly as she saw no reason to deny it.
"Yes, I was planning to sit up on the roof of that little building near the fountain for a bit," she admitted. "It’s peaceful up there."

Storm grinned when she said she was good, "I'm doing good as well!"
There was a hum as he thought, "It's a pleasure to meet you as well, Sadal~"
There was a pause when she said she was going to sit on the roof near the fountain, "Oh, do you mind if I join you?"
He asked curiously as his gaze landed over on the building in the distance she was talking about. It did look like a good place to view the stars from. He seemed thoughtful, "Hey Sadal has anyone mentioned something about a past life to you before?"
The senshi of volcanic lightning seemed curious as he waited for Sadal to answer.

"Sure" Sadalsuud said with a smile that turned sheepish as she realised that it might sound like she did mind. "Um I mean, no, I don’t mind - the rooftop’s big enough for both of us."
The awkwardness faded at Storm’s question about past lives, "If you’d asked me that question a few months ago then I’d have said no" she admitted. "And no one’s specifically used the words past lives."
But Sadalsuud had read between the lines - or at least tried to.
"But it’s kind of hard to wrap my head around."
Especially when Sadalsuud still found it hard to believe that someone like her was a senshi most days - much less a super senshi.

Storm gave a pause for a moment when she said sure, then a sheepish smile and said she didn't mind. He grinned and stood up, "Well then after you~" He said offering to let her lead the way.
He listened to her response as she said the answer would've been different a few months ago. But something had changed, "I met a senshi that apparently was still alive from a long time ago, perhaps the fall of most of the order home worlds."
There was a moment as he thought, "She said she knew me -- well not me but a different version of me who lived back then."
There was a soft frown, "I don't know what to make of it either, it's a lot of unexpected information." He was still just a basic mirror senshi but he was still a senshi none the less and his duties to his court were the same.
"I'm curious about the world she was speaking about but at the same time, I'm happy here and don't think I want to compromise that." He looked conflicted.

Sadalsuud laughed softly, and gave a gentle nod before she started walking towards the small building by the fountain that she’d indicated to Storm earlier.
The building wasn’t that far from where they were, and even at her somewhat leisurely pace it was unlikely that it would take more than five minutes for them to reach it.
"I met a..." Sadalsuud paused for a moment, her brow furrowing slightly as she thought on how best to describe Almadel "A merchant of sorts during this year's Star Fest."
Green eyes glanced momentarily at some of the flowers “Not in the market proper,” she added, her laughter softening into an amused smile that lingered, as she pictured Almadel with his collection of trinkets and curiosities wedged in between stalls selling festival treats and other Star Fest related souvenirs "But on a small hill a little outside of the city limits."
A wry note crept in her voice as she added "And I met another person in the park near to the one where I go to feed the stray cats that asked me about home worlds."
Her smile dimmed, then faded, "He wasn’t a senshi, or have an Order aura - and he didn’t have a Chaotic aura either."
Sadalsuud hesitated before admitting quietly "Although I’m not sure if I’d have stuck around to talk if he’d been part of Order, because most of my experiences with Order haven’t exactly gone well."
They’d reached the small building as she’d been talking, "But anyway, here it is." The smile returned as she gestured upwards "It sells drinks and ice cream during the day, but it also has a flat roof that’s perfect for looking up at the stars."
She laughed softly again, then added in the tone of someone sharing a quiet favourite "Well at least I think so."

Storm followed Sadalsuud as they walked, he looked curiously as she spoke about a merchant, "Huh, I never saw a merchant. Perhaps for the starfest next year I'll look for them."
There was a chuckle though when she said not in the market proper, "I'm hardly surprised that a Merchant that knows about past lives would not be in the market proper."
There was a pause when she said they weren't a senshi and didn't have an order aura. "Weird, was there any sort of aura at all?"
Storm wanted to make a note of this, in case there was a chance that he'd run into them. "Ah I haven't had awful experiences with order? There was one that just out right attacked me. I don't know, the one I talked to without being attacked was -- well older obviously and seemed disappointed to see me as I am."
There was a nod as he moved to the top of the building and offered her a hand to help her up if she so wanted. "Oh I'll have to come and get an ice cream when they're open. That does sound good."
He looked around from the flat roof, "It is a nice place, and it seems to have less light pollution. The island I came from you could sit on the beach and watch the stars all night." Storm sounded wistful.

Sadalsuud paused for a moment as she considered Storm’s question.
“Come to think about it... I don’t think so?” she replied at last, her voice tinged with uncertainty, because she wasn’t entirely sure, and it likely showed.
When Storm mentioned he'd once been attacked by an Order senshi, Sadalsuud gave a small but sad nod of understanding, because she’d been through that herself - complete with screaming accusations of being evil.
Calling people evil seemed to be a recurring theme with Order.
Recurring, but depressing.
Sadalsuud shook her head slightlly in an attempt to try and dispel the gloom that had crept into her thoughts, before accepting Storm’s offered hand with a small smile.
"You should try the ice cream," she said once they were both up on the roof, her tone lightening. “They’ve got some nice flavors. I’m partial to the strawberry, but the green tea’s pretty neat too."
Sadalsuud found a spot on the roof and made herself comfortable, before tilting her head up to look at the sky.
"Your island sounds really nice," she told Storm peacefully.

Storm nodded softly as he seemed to think, "I'll have to keep an eye out in case I run into someone like that then."
It was interesting though to think there might not be magical beings without auras.
The change of topic to ice cream and stars was much more welcome thoughts and there was a bright smile, "I might just come try the green tea when they're open. There's an ice cream flavor I keep looking for but no one seems to have it. It's got pineapple, cherries and coconut in a vanilla base. So I've been looking for other flavors to try out."
He settled down beside Sadalsuud once she'd picked out a place to sit looking up also at the sky watching the stars twinkle. "It was, I sometimes return home to check on family but it's disappointingly far away. Since I study weather I ended up taking a job at the local news station in the weather room helping study weather patterns and watching the radars for unusual activity - I don't get to go back home a ton."
There was a pause, "Well that and then of course trying to navigate being a senshi makes it a bit difficult too." A chuckle as he stretched a bit, "Oh do you have a favorite constellation?" He asked curiously as he looked up in the sky to see which constellations he could see tonight.

"That pineapple-cherry ice-cream sounds pretty neat as well" Sadalsuud admitted with a laugh. "And intriguing too, but in a good way - I'd definitely give it a try if I ever came across it."
She glanced skyward again, tilting her head back as her green eyes traced the sky.
"Studying weather sounds like such a cool path” she mused as her lips curved in a peaceful smile "My focus was all around education though, because I want to be a teacher."
She paused, her smile turning a little sheepish as she added "Well specifically a teacher at elementary level."
Because being a High School teacher just didn't feel like the right fit for her.
At Storm’s question about constellations, Sadalsuud looked back down, her gaze thoughtful.
"Not really," she admitted. "Although I guess I should say Aquarius - for obvious reasons."
She’d looked up her senshi name years ago and discovered it shared its name with a star in the Aquarius constellation.
With a small shrug and a chuckle, she added, "Besides I’m a Pisces anyway - or a Metal Dragon, if you go by the Korean zodiac."

Storm grinned, "It is, I hope you do get to try it sometime."
He nodded, "Studying weather is fascinating and being able to try and predict it. It could help a lot of people too so it's kind of multifaceted dream I guess. I hope at some point I get good enough to go out with the crews that venture out and report from the storms."
There was a smile, "Teaching is a good career too, we need good teachers. And plus smaller kids are always more interested in learning so I don't blame you for wanting to do elementary level schooling."
There was a pause as she spoke about not really having one but she supposed it should be Aquarius. There was a light chuckle, "Its okay I'm a Leo." There was a moment when she mentioned the Korean Zodiac, "OH I might have to look up what my sign is in the Korean Zodiac, I haven't thought about anything further than the western zodiac."
Storm allowed himself to lean back so he was resting on his elbows looking up the night sky. It was probably getting kind of late by now and he gave a sigh, "I suppose it might be getting close to time to calling it a night."

Sadalsuud's lips curved in a small but wry smile.
"Yes," she murmured, although there was a reluctant note in her voice.
She remained still, not making any immediate motion to move, as she let her eyes drift skywards for a few moments longer in quiet contemplation.
Eventually, however, Sadalsuud rose to her feet with a soft sigh, her movements slow and reluctant.
"It’s tempting to stay here all night," she confessed, her voice tinged with a rueful wistfulness. "But I know that I’d probably regret it come morning."
Her smile brightened as she turned to Storm, "But it was nice to meet you and hopefully our paths will cross again sometime."

Storm was also reluctant but knew if he didn't go he'd end up falling asleep at work, which was something he'd been working on trying to avoid lately with an extra cup of coffee.
He also got to his feet and gave a nod, "I know what you mean, but falling asleep at work is fairly not a good idea for me." He gave a chuckle and gave a wink.
"It was nice to meet you as well Salad~! I hope we do meet again!" With that Storm turning around to give a wave before he left.
