Lately my partner and I have been ripping through the true crime section on Netflix, just completely gobbling it up. We have almost exhausted the true crime content on YouTube, or at least the high-effort creators regarding infamous American serial killers, so we switched over there. I loved the Dahmer monster show and Mindhunter, and we have even been dipping into content on Australian serial killers, we cannot get enough.
If anyone has any recommendations, especially for shows about lesser-known serial killers, I would love to hear them!

i have a big issue with a lot of true crime but as a consumer of the content myself far be it from me to take issue lol
On YouTube, you may already be familiar, but a list of decent creators for internet oddities. It can be more "second screen content" but some channels are really incredible, and if you're into True Crime, internet oddities might satiate you in the mean time:
- fredrik knudsen (down the rabbit hole) - atrocity guide - WHANG! is a bit of an edgelord for me but i enjoy some of his stuff - Goose Boose mostly does creepy stuff but also has some great vids

Ooh, I'll be taking a look at those. I've heard nothing but good things about Atrocity Guide, so I may go for that first. heart

Fredrik knudsen, he's been doing a lot more SUPER long videos but breaks them up into chapters, but Temple OS is a great starter, or the Spoony video is great.
He also does retractions, corrections. seemingly a good journalist.
