Seems someone’s putting together a boy band called Star Eclipse, and while 4 of 5 members have been chosen, they’re looking for a fifth. If you’re a young man, ages 18 to 25, and you like to sing….this could be your big break!
There’s also a promise of free food in the green room. So that’s as good a reason as any to show up.

The old Starbright Theater is now under new management, and it’s the location of the Star Search. The place has sat abandoned for years, but you wouldn’t know it, coming in; it’s been renovated and modernized, with comfortable seating and a great big plasma display behind the stage.
The green room, too, has been fixed up nicely; there’s plenty of comfortable seating, and a buffet with various hors d'oeuvres spread out, from mini sandwiches to fresh fruit to deviled eggs; plus a fancy hot drink machine, cold water, and several different fruit juices. In essence: plenty of free food and drink for anyone willing to participate.
Here, aspiring singers can mingle and chat while they wait for their turn on the stage. IDs are checked at the door, but primarily for age, since the competition is restricted to men aged 18-25. Participants will also be asked to register the song they intend to audition with, so backing tracks can be provided.
