A soft breeze stirred near where Apoletta had been lounging, a delicate scent drifting along the breeze as it wafted about her The scent of flowers filled her nostrils, and she inhaled deeply. How she loved them, the colors, scents, and the overall beauty of each species.
Lazily looking about, she knew from experience the large pool of water was hidden not too far off from where she laid. From what she could tell not many knew of this place as she always seemed to end up here along. The sights drew her attention again. The flowers and leaves moving about due to the wind as if dancing for her. The colors causing an explosion of color to move across her line of vision entrancing her.
Wanting to stretch her legs some as she had been laying down for quite some time, she slowly raises herself to her hooves and stretched some before moving in an unhurried stride towards the pool of water.
The familiar bend in the soft trail came into sight and she turned ever so slightly to adjust her direction to head to the water. The trees stood tall shading her from the warmth of the sun which was a relief as it was getting extremely hot. She anticipated to cool water and how it would feel once she was engrossed in it.
She made a soft noise in anticipation then there looming in front of her was the rather large pool of water, the differing water flowers floating about in lazy circles, the sun glistening off the top of the water as if in greetings to her.
She trotted over and waded in, enjoying the cooling sensation as the water was beginning to cover more and more of her as she kept moving into the water. Pushing off with her back hooves, she glided seamlessly into the water, floating about in total freedom.
