Lieutenant Weapon: Paper Fan
It's... a fan? It can probably create a refreshing breeze.
Captain Weapon: Two Dancing Fans. Each fan has a small spirit knife on the center of the outer facing side.

General Weapon: Two Silver Spirit Knives. Each knife has an attached tassel/tail.
When slicing skin, it causes an an acidic burning sensation that lasts for five seconds after.
