MakanaAbout | Makana's name means "gift" - and boy, does she know it. Much loved by her parents, Makana is an active, curious creature. Though her parents warn her about the dangers of the beautiful lands she lives in, headstrong Makana often does as she wants (though she does feel bad for worrying her parents and tries not to be too careless).
Splitting her time between the ocean and mountain her parents call home, she loves feeling the water lapping at her feet as she chases her siblings up and down the beach, just as much as climbing the rocks in the mountains in solitude. Though she has a close relationship with her family, Makana can be at times reserved, withdrawing within herself when she is upset or confused.
Makana is stubborn to a fault and wants to find her own life's mission, much like her mother did. She is also fiercely loyal and has a strong sense of justice.
