Personal Raincloud (11) : It’s a beautiful, sunny day in Destiny City–for everyone but you. There’s not a cloud in the sky–except for yours. No matter where you go, a dark cloud seems to hover, casting shadows wherever you go. It’s been raining since you woke up today, and it’s like bad luck and bad weather just follows you. It’s a constant downpour, always exactly where you are. The raincloud is usually big enough to easily cover a full building, so if you stick around for too long, your misfortune will turn into someone else’s too. The raincloud might follow you for a few hours or for the whole day before slowly fading; there’s no escaping it, or the strange, sombre mood that seems to follow you.

When Jack woke up, he could, for a few seconds, say he was going to have a good day, until he felt the bed, which was incredibly wet. He shot up, face flushed. "Did I pee the bed!? Please no!" He groaned, rubbing his eyes. He really didn't want to honk about it, and it wasn't like he could anyway, not with that rumbling sound right in his ear,. Wait, what? He looked up, embarrassment instantly being replaced by confusion. How...how did that get here!? The 'that' in question being a rain cloud. He knew THAT for sure was not possible, and yet, a rain cloud was in the house, over him, and his extremely soggy bed and soggy carpet. Ugh, great, he walked quickly to the bathroom, but the cloud simply followed, rain pouring down. "Oh, frigging great!" Well, any ideas he had about a good day were shot now, and it was clear he couldn't stay home. throwing on some shorts and a tank top and slides, he left, preferring to not get a scolding from his mom for getting the house wet, or at least, avoiding that lecture, one he'd have no defense for. The only thing keeping Jack from freaking out about his situation was because ultimately, this was Destiny City, weirder had happened there, it was just a record first for it to happen to him. He would try and take his cloud into the gas station, only to have to leave a few minutes later when it covered the building, the same for a few other stores he went to until he came up with a rather good idea he thought, he'd go to the park. The advantage there would be, while boring, he'd at least be outside with his cloud, and it would be raining and storming over grass and trees at least, and maybe a few people but sacrifices needed to be made, and it being the park, they could move or leave. This plan was definitely a rousing success, especially when he went towards the pond, where the small birds and ducks liked getting under the rain. Honestly, he ended up having a great time, no matter the fact that storm cloud wouldn't leave, and it seemed to getting smaller, when he looked at it. It was maybe just doing a light misting now, nothing like the heavy downpour of the morning. Which reminded him, he still had to go home and get scolded, damn. He killed another two hours outside, making sure the cloud dissipated entirely before he headed home,it seemed the cloud had a mind of it's own though,as if giving one last hurrah, it turned dark grey, covering Jack in a sudden downpour, only then did it finally dissipate. It left him blinking on the porch, as his dad opened the door, stared, and started laughing, Jack scowling with a deep flush on his face as his dad, still chuckling, went to get Jack a towel.
