Ever had this issue? I am working on getting my old account back so its all good exept:
User and login don't work?! I updated the password the username has been linked to a new email. Staff confirmed its me should be all good? I did try a password reset but that didn’t work either. Before Inwas able to find my journal since the account was locked out due to a hacking (understandable).
I may have to do live chat again and make sure it is re activated the only link I got was for a password re set not to activate? Maybe that's it? Any ideas

Haven't went thru that yet. hope not to! hope they get it fixed for you! i had some old elf accts for holiday gifting back in the day i never did figure out old emails for sweatdrop but i don't rly use them now with smaller gaia so i let them go.
Oh! and can you add a little poll option to this thread? you can just hit edit on your post and at bottom add a poll. doesn't have to be anything in particular. just a bubble ppl can click for plat! nice to see a new post in general!! heart keep us bosted on if ya get ur acct back up and runnin! look fwd to seeing!

I will be sure to. As of today its supposed to be good and running but not. I posed something about it I our general discussion. I couldn't remember my email for the original account either but they did accept the username with the location birthday and a few other things to help identify me

so glad ya got your acct back. so when did you start up on gaia on this one? i should check my profile but i wanna say 2006? or 2005.. something like that? maybe.. lol
