Dancing -- Ever since he was small, Rory has been a dancer. When he was very young, it was Irish dancing to appease his maternal grandparents. But when they weren’t watching, Rory would be watching other types of dancing and practicing those moves. As he’s grown, his dancing has become something of a potential career path. He’s studying Dance and Performance in school even if the lessons are borrrrring and he would rather just be moving.
Singing -- Blessed with a fairly clear voice and a good sense of pitch, Rory has loved singing almost as much as dancing. Both sides of his heritage have rich musical histories and his parents made sure he knew both. He’s prone to singing just about any time he’s got a spare minute and he loves how his voice sounds in the shower.
Flirting -- Haaaaayyyyy gurl, hay. Rory is attractive and knows it. He also knows that many people also know this and it allows him to flirt his way through life. As far as he’s concerned, flirting is just a fun game and he never has any ill intention while flirting. He just enjoys the word play and silliness inherent in any good flirt.
Virtues:
Confidence is soooo sexy~ – Growing up wealthy and attractive has given Rory a sort of homegrown confidence. He knows, innately, that he is destined for success in whatever field he finds himself in and that he can always trust in his own abilities. This confidence allows him to move boldly through life with only the sunniest of outlooks regarding the future.
What a Charmer! – Rory is polite with a sort of giant dog friendliness that is on full display whenever he’s not by himself. He treats strangers like they’re long lost soul kin and is never behind in paying for a round when he’s able to sneak into the pub. These sort of pleasant outlooks and mannerisms have managed to make him rather likable.
Flaws:
You’re So Vain -- Unfortunately, for all of his charm and mostly pleasant demeanor, Rory is exceptionally full of himself. Due to his upbringing he is firmly of the opinion that he is the best looking, most talented, bestest boy EVER. No one else even comes close to his greatness.
Mommy’s Little Prince -- Rory is so goddamned spoiled it’s not even funny. There is no dilemma or mess that his mother won’t throw money at to make sure her precious baby boy is happy. No latest fad toy left un-bought when he was a child. When he was small, it was easier to overlook. Sure, he had a few tantrums in order to get things. But as he’s aged, he still acts like the spoilt little brat who only has to tear up and point to be given whatever it is he’s craving in that moment. He’s learned that all he has to do is call Mommy and he’ll be given whatever his precious little heart desires.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Eyes are almond shaped with thick lashes and bright gold with flecks of coral in color. Eyebrows are thick and straight.
Hair: For style, see ref. Undercut color is black. The tousles/length are a brilliant Caribbean blue
Face: High cheekbones, squared jaw, average nose and ears. Full lips usually stretched out in a wide grin.
Skin Tone: a touch paler than this with a scattering of pale freckles across his face and shoulders. Basically his Irish side gives his skin the clarity that is so prized by his Korean relations.
Body Type: 6’4” Muscular, inverted dorito. Looks like he’s skipped leg day, though that’s a filthy lie.
Clothes: Often alternates between exceedingly bright colors and loud prints with board shorts and sandals or the MmmGoth combo of mesh crop top, skinny jeans and combat boots. There is no inbetween. Single piercing in each ear lobe. Fond of wearing rings on each finger and a chain choker of sorts is always part of whatever ensemble he’s sporting that day
