The Cutting Edge Hair Salon is run by Finley Archer-Knapp, a family man with two wonderful daughters and a partner. When I was at his establishment, we talked about many things, as the clean and modern environment is perfect for relaxation and time. The space is filled with plants that add to its appeal of the store. Finley is very knowledgeable about the business. His father is a salon owner in Hogsmeade, and Finley spent time in the summer there, claiming those summers were the best time he had. When he branched off on his own, trying for a music career, the owner realized that being closer to family was more important. While salon owner Finley still plays for his children and partner, he now has a stable career as a salon owner.
He has a wonderful group of stylists working on him, notably his youngest daughter, Coty, who was a massive help in finding the products and solutions I needed. Along with that, Finley doesn’t try to sell something you don’t need, or pretend he is an expert where he isn’t. Shouting out another shop owner for the products he isn’t a specialist in, rather than pretending he knows.
Overall, this shop is a recommendation, and I know I will be visiting again with my wife in tow the next time either of us needs hair care.

Blood Moon Bath & Beauty is a must-see in the Diagon Alley shopping district. Led by owners Nani Heulwen and Desi Whitethorn, the shop has only been open for a few hours. However, that does not stop them from creating some of the most beautiful bath accessories. Offering everything from salts, bath bombs, and even spa packages, this is the perfect destination to find a gift for that special someone in your life.
When I sat down with Nani Heulwen, she introduced me to her magic-infused bath bombs, which are created in-house. These bundles of scents and salts will react with water and add to the relaxation of a nice hot bath. I was amazed by the cleanliness, organization, and craftsmanship these two owners offer. The only downside I could find about the shop was that some noses might get overwhelmed with its variety.
So, if you can get over the variety of scents, head down to Blood Moon Bath and Body for that perfect spa day.
Also, Nani Heulwen assured me they aren't werewolves; they are just lovers of the moon and sky.
