Current First year at Hogwarts Hi, my name is Charlotte Skye McFallon. But I mostly go by Carter because there were two people in my grade school classes named Charlotte, and her favorite color was pink, and mine was blue, so it made sense that she kept the longer name. I'm a female, but I'm only 11-years-old. My birthday is April 2nd, 2053 which makes me an Ares. My mom is really into astrology, so she was literally reading my birth chart minutes after I was born to make sure she liked my chart. It's the only thing my Nana kept of my mother's. My dream job is antiques dealer. My blood status is Pureblood even though my Nana says that blood type doesn't matter and that we need to treat everyone as an equal. She also told me I'm not allowed to use my magic all willy-nilly, even after I graduate. This is my First year here at Hogwarts.I'm a member of I have no idea. The red color will also change when I'm put into a house. I swear I don't even want to be in courageous, dark red is just the default I always use. house.I'm interested in anyone and everyone. I'm currently with nobody. People can describe me as an introvered nerd. My love language is fun facts, such as did you know Pringles are just crushed potato flakes and not real potatoes? I love reading, probably because I was raised by my Nana, who also has her nose in a good book. Granted, she was a Ravenclaw and I hope to the Gods I'm not, because I am awful at riddles and don't want to get locked out of my dorm room all of the time (she once spelled my door to get me ready and I slept in the hall for two months straight before she finally unspelled it). I hate mystery novels, even though they are my Nana's favorites, and would rather be reading a romance novel or playing on the swings while trying to figure out what relationships the clouds have. I guess I'm a young romantic poetIn the summer, I like making boats out of leaves and other things to see if I can get them to float all the way down the creek without having them sink. My best friend hates it because we get all muddy, but I think that is half of the fun. Being curious and dirty is the best way to live I only have one or two really close friends. This is from the anxiety of interacting with muggles, since Nana swears she lived through the Salem Witch trials. I quote: "the entire world will turn on witches again and we will be burned again." What do I really enjoy, though? Long walks listening to Nana. I don't talk much , but I love her stories. My background story is My mom was a dreamer, and my dad was a journalist, and they fell into deep, passionate lust. Yup, not love but lust. I understood that distinction when my Nana told me her daughter handed me to her and said, "Thanks, ma, I'll be back," and never came back. Granted, I never really felt the loss of either of my parents, because Papa and Nana were all I needed. Nana always made the best pie, and Papa taught me how to use tools in the shed at a young age. Both of my parents were wizards, but my nana fell for a Muggle. Pretty ironic considering her fear of Muggles. It was their love story that made me fall in love with books and adventure. My Nana was a librarian and always talked about her life and love of knowledge. Papa was humming in the garage in his grease-stained overalls, humming some Elvis. While Nana hated muggles, she loves using their technology. I remember helping Papa completely take apart the shower and put it back together to get the perfect amount of water pressure. I was able to build a fire by hand by seven, and we always thought that maybe I would take after Papa and be the only squib in the family. I mean, he could have used the help in the store. My Papa runs a non-magical antique store in town. I've learned a few skills about haggling, but I mainly stay in the back, restoring old items for the shelves. But when my letter came, Nana started prepping me for classes. She read the entire Hogwarts A History book to me during our nights, which would put Papa to sleep. The worst part is, I'm not even a book learner. I prefer doing what Papa does and getting my hands dirty. Heck, even the lazy family dog prefers to get his paws dirty in the workshop with us. I enjoy: -Reading romance novels -Working on the car with Papa -Long evening walks with Nana (unless she's talking about the Salem trials again) -Antique hunting -Fun facts -Painting RestorationI despise -People who DIY antique restorations (don't paint brick white!) -Haggling gives me anxiety -Riddles (don't ask me to answer one) -Cooking (I burn water)I'm afraid of -Bees. I was stung once, and it was traumatizing. -Getting caught using their magic. My strengths are -Painting -Problem solving (Reference 'mechanical expertise' above)My flaws are -Public Speaking -Potions (Reference 'burning water' above)I look like Bella Ramsey. My wand is a 11.75" Apple wood wand with a fox fur core.My pet is a none for nowOh yes, there's something else I need to tell you! While I was raised as a pureblood witch, I am super anxious about being discovered as a witch. So, I often forget to grab my wand while I'm just walking around outside of class. Due to my carelessness, I always carry around a black satchel filled with interesting items, a snack, a book, a textbook (per Nana's orders), a screwdriver and hammer (per Papa's orders), and my wand.

Hi, my name is Scarlett Stevenson-McFallon
But I mostly go by Scar, Scarlett, Letty
I'm a Female but I will answer to anything.
I'm 38 years old.
My birthday is August 17, 2026 I work in Lobby Secretary and MoM (Pending)
My life goal is to discover another major planetary body that explains why the astrology charts aren't perfect.
My blood status is Pureblood
The house I was in was Ravenclaw , which is where I met my baby-daddy/husband Liam McFallon. I was in the class of 2043
I'm interested in the stars... sadly, the ball and chain in my life is a man. I'm currently with Liam McFallon
People can describe me as I'm a night owl that would rather be looking through my telescope than doing anything productive. I drink more lattes than the average wizard, and there is no hope to stop my whimsical and dreamy gaze as I stare at the stars above us.
While I was smart enough to become a Ravenclaw, I lose interest quickly and my obsessions are always fleeting.
Overall, I am lost in a daydream that won't ever see reality.
My background story is In my early years, I ran around the house with my older sibling, doting on me as the baby and making me feel so special. They taught me how to play Quidditch and fly on a broom from the time I was too young and short to really know better.
When I went to Hogwarts, I thought I wanted to go pro, but the world had a different plan for me. In my first practice in my fifth year, I took a bludger to the arm and had such an unlucky streak that I was benched for over half of the year. That was when I discovered the astrology club. (pending alumni for both the club and Ravenclaw Quidditch team)
I became obsessed. My love and drive for Quidditch turned to an obsession with the stars and planets. I failed half of my OWLs due to my late nights and coffee obsession, but I didn't care. I didn't care when my mother was sending howlers every other week, yelling at me to at least try in my classes. I didn't care when the headmaster was pulling me into the office, saying I was about to fail out. All I cared about were the stars and planets.
Only when Liam sat me down and told me that if I paid enough attention to graduate, he would buy me my dream telescope, did I finally get my life together and start trying. That was the first time I truly saw him for what he was, a dependable man who would love me if I allowed him.
So, I did. I followed him after school, loving the adventures we went on for his job while I was able to study the cosmos how I wanted to. It wasn't until I got pregnant that I realized I wasn't ready for it to end. So, I handed Charlotte to her grandmother and left to go on my next observation. I thought that would be the end, that Liam would finally get sick of me. He did for two years, but finally, when he realized that he would rather leave to write his stories about his obsessions, he came back.
We both got normal jobs, sending money to Charlotte's guardians every year, but other than that, we travel. I look at the stars, and he looks at the history. We aren't perfect, but our obsessions for knowledge s.
I enjoy -Knitting sweaters for Jeremy the Wise Wizard Cat. -Will stop for street cats and try to bring them home. -Late nights without a cloud in sight. -Spinning her own yarn. -Watching Quidditch (Wimbourne Wasps Fan) -Getting lost. -Flying on a broom.
I despise -The taste of burnt coffee. -Cloudy nights. -Being tied down by responsibility. -Boring rooms and walls (is a maximalist) -Will fight anyone who says astrology and divination are not real subjects.
I'm afraid of -werewolves. I spend too much time out during a full moon not to be afraid of that howl -The department of mysteries. Doesn't know what goes on down there, but the workers look haunted when they leave.
My strengths are -Astrology (can make a birthchart practically from memory at this point). -Knitting and crocheting. Will have yarn at her desk at work and will be working on sweaters and other things.
My flaws are -I'm an absent parent who was never ready to grow up. -Remembering people's names. Will remember facts about them, but no names ever (calls everyone Sweetie).
I look like Natalie Dormer
My wand is a 10" Willow with Kneazel Whisker Core .
My pet is a hairless cat with just the smallest bits of fur on his paws. His name is Jeremy the Wise Wizard Cat. He can be seen dressed up in sweaters and snuggled next to the fireplace for warmth. His favorite hobbies include: bopping mice on the head while outside with his mom, grabbing mom's yarn balls and running off with them, and sleeping in the most inconvenient spots and the most inconvenient times (in front of the oven while cooking). Overall, the cat is a mama's boy and will snuff is dad as soon as mom is home.
My O.W.L. Scores Were: Astronomy ~ O Charms ~ O Herbology ~ A Transfiguration ~ A Defense against the dark arts ~ P Muggle Studies ~ A Ghosts and Ghouls ~ T Divination ~ E History of Magic ~ A Potions ~ D
N.E.W.T. SCORES Astronomy ~ O Charms ~ E Divination ~ A Transfigureation ~ A
Oh yes, there's something else I need to tell you! My favorite time to be out looking at the stars is during a waning crescent. There is something so calming about the moon slowly being covered and the stars showing more brightly.
Tries to make up for being a bad mother to her daughter by making blankets for orphans and employees at the MoM that are expecting.

Hi, my name is Liam Carter McFallon
But I mostly go by Liam.
I'm a man.
I'm 41 years old.
My birthday is December 12, 2023
I work in Freelance journalism. Mainly sells his articles to the Daily Prophet. (pending)
My life goal is to host a radio show about historical topics.
My blood status is half-blood
The house I was in was Ravenclaw
I was in the class of 2040
I'm interested in nobody as I am happily married, but I was rather interested in anyone and everyone at Hogwarts.
I'm currently with Scarlett Grey-McFallon.
People can describe me as, while my wife has her head in the clouds and never wanted to settle down. I am her opposite in just about every way. I am a serious student who enjoys studying, the smell of old books and libraries. This makes me a strong journalist as I always add the historical context to all of my pieces.
I want to be a stable father-figure for my namesake and daughter Carter, but with the amount of travel I do for work, I can't leave her to her own devices for that long. So, I decisively that my parents were the right people to raise Carter.
My background story is Liam was raised as a classic half-blood, except that his father had guessed his wife was a witch long before he was born. His dad would take him out to antique shows, and Liam loved them. Not because of the products or the thrill of finding a new art piece or furniture, but for the history and the passion, the vendors would talk about their wares with.
It was one of the many reasons he became a journalist. He wanted to bring the joy he had when he heard those stories to the masses, having even written for the Daily Dragon at Hogwarts. (Pending Alumni)
He first saw Scarlett during his fifth year at Hogwarts. While he was personally never a fan of Quidditch, it was something he needed to learn to write about. So, when he saw her during practice, then at one of the first games she ever played, he knew he was gone. Her blonde hair was cut short, making her look hard and ready for a fight.
He spent every game that year watching her moves and writing about her victories. It wasn't until last year, when he should have been preparing for the future, that he finally made a move. He slipped Scarlett his address for the holidays, and they spent most days writing letters to each other, even continuing the tradition during the school year. The way her face would light up when he knew it was his letter she was reading made his heart flutter.
So, when he finally graduated and she started failing classes, it was her mother who pulled him aside and begged him to make his daughter see the light. He did, helping ignite her passion by sending photos of the night sky where he was and having her play the guessing game of his exact locations, her letters. She was incredible, and he found himself looking forward to her letters until she graduated and could join him on his adventures.
They spent their years together as a perfectly happy couple, getting married within a year of her graduation in a whirlwind romance for the ages. It would be another decade until they finally welcomed their only child, Carter, into the world. He was ecstatic, ready to settle down and apply to be an editor for one of the papers to be closer to home, but Scarlett had other plans. She wasn't ready to be a mother, and Carter's birthchart was not up to her expectations of any daughter of hers.
So, when Scarlett handed off Carter to his mother, he decided that it was finally time to cut ties with his whimsical wife. Too bad there was a hole in his life and heart that his daughter couldn't fill. No matter how she looked at him, how much she clung to his shirt when he was home, Liam knew that he was never going to stay with her without her mother.
So, he left her daughter to pursue his wife, just as he had for his entire life. Money was sent to his parents for any of Carter's needs, but he wasn't ever going to be her father without his wife being her mother.
Instead, they stuck together and went on their adventures again, writing about everything they saw. Maybe one day Carter would understand, but really, all he hoped for was that one day he would forgive himself.
I enjoy -Old books and libraries -History -Mom's apple pie -Strong Matcha Lattes -Getting lost in a topic that I find interesting.
I despise -lateness -Cats and dogs (I'm allergic, and Scarlett's cat makes me sneeze) -People who chew loudly in public (smacking gum will make me see red) -When quills run out, Papa provides him with Muggle pens due to this. -When reference books are not categorized correctly.
I'm afraid of -Pigmi puffs (don't ask, just don't). -Heights. (Never was great on a broom). -Carter hating him for abandoning her to follow Scarlett
My strengths are -Knowledge is power, and being able to research any historical topic is very important. -Writing. (Currently working on a novel called, "The History of Death in Art - a look at the personification of Death as an old friend.")
My flaws are -Scarlett has always been a weakness of mine. I know she isn't good for me or my daughter, but I have loved her since the moment I met her and can't let her go. -I will never say no to a lead on a great story (will drop everything and cancel all plans).
I look like Jake Abel
My wand is a 12.75" Spruce with a Raven feather core .
My Wife's pet is a Jeremy the Sneeze-Creator.
My O.W.L. Scores Were: Defense Against the Dark Arts - A History of Magic - O Potions - A Mythology - O Ancient Runes - E Astronomy - E Charms - A Herbology - P Transfiguration -P Muggle Studies - A
My N.E.W.T. Scores Were: History of Magic - O Mythology - O Ancient Runes - E Muggle Studies - A
Oh yes, there's something else I need to tell you! Currently working on a novel called, "The History of Death in Art - a look at the personification of Death as an old friend."
