JR: "It's going to be a huge night of action here in St. Louis!"
King: "Of course it will be!
Every WWFG show is absolutely stacked..."
The commentary team pause in the middle of their introduction, as Cartwright enters the arena.
JR: "Folks, we have an unscheduled appearance by The Boss."
King: "Cartwright sure has some explaining to do after what happened at Wrestlemania!"
Cartwright calmly makes his way towards the ring, wearing a classic black suit and carrying a microphone in his right hand.
The Boss climbs the steel steps and enters the ring through the top and middle ropes, slowly approaching the center of the ring to a mixed reaction.
Cartwright: "Everyone saw what happened at Wrestlemania.
But nobody understands why it happened."
Cartwright looks around, acknowledging the mixed response.
Cartwright: "Following my match with Salem Croft, as I laid down on the mat, I felt a change.
It felt like all the hate and anger that I had....it left me.
I no longer felt the burden of the negativity that was inside of me for five years."
Cartwright looks down at the mat for a moment, appearing remorseful.
Cartwright: "I may be the Owner of the World Wrestling Federation Guild, but who am I to try to end someone else's wrestling career?
I thought I was doing the world a favor when I betrayed Salem Croft.
I crushed his throat with a baseball bat strike that left him out of action for years."
Cartwright shakes his head.
Cartwright: "I was wrong to do it.
Following the match, I realised that.
As I watched Omen and The Butler attack Salem and Rex Kobra without my consent...
...as I watched them try to end Salem's career for me...
...I couldn't let it happen.
So I jumped forward and took a baseball bat strike to the back."
The crowd begins to cheer for Cartwright taking the bullet for Salem.
Cartwright: "My back is still sore, The Butler has quite a swing!
From there, Salem and Rex were able to fight-off Cartwright Strong Style, with a slight assist from yours truly.
With all that said, I'm sorry to everyone and I promise to do better moving forward..."
The Butler enters the arena to huge boos, carrying his own microphone.
Butler: "Boss, have you lost your mind?
Myself and Omen had everything under control until you stuck your nose in to our business.
Omen is now so emotionally distraught that he's been unreachable since Wrestlemania."
The Butler has made his way down to the ramp.
Butler: "Thanks to you, Cartwright Strong Style is no more.
Thanks to you, Omen has vanished.
Thanks to you, Salem and his so-called freak family are getting back together."
The Butler now enters the ring, going face-to-face with Cartwright.
Butler: "I used to admire you.
But I'm not looking at The Boss that I used to know.
Cartwright Strong Style?
No, you are now Cartwright b***h Style."
The crowd oooooos as Cartwright smirks, he knows that The Butler is trying to get to him.
JR: "Cartwright pours his heart out but The Butler only cares about what he wants!"
King: "The Butler is loyal to the cause, even if the originator of the cause isn't!"
King: "Of course it will be!
