Gather more energy?

Honestly, one General Borax hadn't even needed to be asked once. It was noticed fairly quickly that all of his quotas were being able to be filled remarkably easily, and that was even before he read the notices on the tablet and in their databases. When it came easier, he dove for it in an almost literal sense.

Perhaps the only thing he did need to be asked was to use at least a modicum of restraint. For one, perhaps draining someone to their near absolute zero, giving them the ability to recharge, and doing so again was a bit too far. Then again, it was incredibly easy to do at the clubs and even in his office, where exhaustion from the menial bullshit that was financial work was almost expected. All he had to do was leave a convenient item or two and let that do the rest.

The only thing that lacked was the fun that came with draining--and more honestly, taking starseeds. Part of making sure to fulfill his directives to the most, though, meant the occasional daytime sacrifice of not being more blatant in agent activities to be able to devote more time to it at night. Borax already patrolled quite a bit, but to say he was patrolling more frequently was putting it lightly.

If their directive was to drain more energy, then he would do it. He didn't even need to be asked once.

The amount he cared about it being for the sake of saving the world was debatable. Perhaps Borax cared for the planet itself to continue to exist because he lived there. That was where that started and ended; he would simply move to Negaspace in full if that could be guaranteed to exist without its connection to Earth itself. The amount he cared about draining more energy because the Queen told them to do so was considerably different. Borax, with his ascension to General, only had a few aspirations remaining. The bulk of those aspirations involved finding out just how deep this rabbit hole could go.

The bulk of those aspirations required continuing to leave a good impression on those highest above him, and he knew that. If helping save the world by collecting more energy could do that, he would do that.

He didn't even need to be asked once.

He even put aside some of his starseed harvesting inclinations, but only just. To say he did not take the time to drain some senshi and knights to their unconsciousness only to take their starseed afterwards would be false. It just meant that there would be more avenues of power for their defenses to utilize, or to bolster themselves in the event of a battle.

Borax flicked one of these starseeds around in his left hand as he carried over a few energy orbs to his office in Negaspace. It was probably about time to get a few more of those submitted to the general pool...

And then, rinse and repeat.
