Vesuvianite reveled in the sheer amounts of energy he could harvest from people and the air itself now. Yes, they were going to be under attack from a giant space alien snake soon, but so much power was just ripping itself form the ether and depositing itself eagerly into his hands! Surely they would win against this thing, whatever it really was. If they could collect so much power... Sure... the snake itself had to be powerful, generating such strangeness that they could harvest, but could the snake thing even wield it in ways the Negaverse knew how? He doubted it. So he didn't worry about it very much and just pulled, and pulled, and pulled at the energy, taking as much as he absolutely could so they could be prepared for this terrible beast from outer space.
So engrossed in his task as he was, he didn't notice the aura of a White Moon Super Senshi creeping nearer and nearer to him.

Halia had been minding her own business, trying to enjoy a quiet night thank you very much, when she had began to take note of all of the exhausted faces around her, feeling a bit of a drag herself. After a moment of looking around, pieces fell into place and she sighed heavily, dipping into an obscured alleyway to transform. Now clad in sage green, off black, and shimmering red, Aruna made her way up to a roof for a better vantage point, sighing again heavily when she saw what she could only assume to be the person at the source of the energy draining. On one hand, she could try and speak to them and end this diplomatically. On the other hand, she felt tired and more than a little cranky. In a rare decision, she made the choice to attack first and talk perhaps never. "Rock Sweep." Her foot came down on the rooftop and she couldnt help herself as she smiled, watching as magical rocks and debris smacked into the chaos agent. She had yet to be this fortunate, being able to catch someone by surprise, and she had to admit that it was just a tiny little bit funny to see. Quote: Basic attack: Rocky Sweep: Aruna stomps her foot and the ground beneath her targets becomes unsteady, as if it were eroding and they were trying to balance on sand. For the duration of her magic, targets will be pelted by a small, ethereal stream of baseball size rocks and debris sweeping towards them. The magical landslide can cause the sensation of mild bruises or scratches and targets will feel unsteady and have difficulties finding their footing. This attack has a distance of 15 feet in a cone in front of her and can be used three times per transformation. Terrain change lasts 30 seconds. The effects of the magic will fade when the magic ends, but players can choose to take lasting or more severe damage.

Vesuvianite really, really hated magic. Every time it was being used, it was being used against him, and it was always some crazy ******** bullshit that left him messed up for days on end. Between psychological horror hallucinations and forced tranquil emotional states, his mind just couldn't take it. And then, of course, there were the physical ones. Ones that left him scratched, bleeding, bruised, having a literal magical ghost horse trample him so he felt like complete a**... And now... A landslide. Because of course. Because he couldn't ever just have one good night, no, he had to be attacked for doing his job and harvesting energy. He wasn't even killing anyone or stealing anyone's starseeds! Just making some people a little tired! And right now, was this really the thing for these people to be worrying about, with a crazy world eating snake coming ever closer to Earth? Apparently, it was! Because this crazy White Moon Senshi had just launched a ton of bricks at him like it was ******** nothing!! He simply winced when the first one hit, and started screaming and trying to run when he realized he was being pelted with more than just one—but the ground beneath him was more unstable than he realized, and he just kept slipping and slipping, barely staying upright as the ground shifted and didn't let him escape the landslide because his confidence in his balance was shaken by the... well, shaking earth. Then he remembered he could just teleport and twisted, looking up and around—there! Concentrating, he shut his eyes and teleported to right behind her. "Bad move," he said, bringing his sickle up to her throat. "We could always use an entire starseed, you know. That's quite a bit of good, natural energy we know how to harness." He slipped his hand through her back into her chest where her starseed lay and stroked it gently. "What do you say? I'll make sure your family gets your body."

For all she had admonished Murikabushi for downplaying getting his starseed yanked a while back, she was never going to live this down. Ever. And really, what did she expect after having barely managed to not laugh her a** off at how genuinely hilarious it looked to watch the agent skitter around in the midst of her attack? It was what she got for laughing, clearly. When the weapon came to her throat, she had thought to move, but then there was a hand inside her chest. Tears welled up in her eyes, threatening to spill over. Well, s**t. "I h-have an alliance with one of your General Kings!" Okay so maybe it wasn't actually an official alliance with Faustite just yet, but he didn't need to know that! "And there are people who would h-hunt you down if you went through with this." Whether the boys would actually hunt him down was a matter for debate, but she knew that her two work idiots would definitely be displeased at her starseed being yanked, and she would hope that at least Muri and Kerberos would avenge her in some way or another. But on the other hand, talking out of her a** had never been her strong suit, and her voice trembled. And all that aside? The feeling of someone literally fondling her soul was terrifying.

"How cute," he crooned, continuing to play with her starseed while it still sat within her chest. This part was so much fun. "Good try, though. I have people who will protect me from yours. And if you really had this alliance with one of our G-K's, that would have been in the database. You'd have been untouchable. But you're just a little liar." He went to pull her starseed, and— Fang was out patrolling once more. Killing that superpowered youma with the super senshi hadn't taken too much out of him. Not enough that he didn't feel safe continuing to patrol in the same night, anyway. They'd parted ways amicably, and Fang set off to find other troublemakers, as if Earth wasn't in enough trouble as it was. The worry about the Calamitous Hollow nagged at the back of his brain, but he tried valiantly to dismiss it, to not pay it any mind. He just had to take everything one day at a time. They'd save Earth somehow, he just knew it. There was nothing to be done now but wait. He'd helped Daedalus build satellites. He'd done everything he could for the moment. Earth just... had to wait to see what happened next with the horrific world-eating snake zipping through the stars straight for them. Worrying wasted precious energy. Energy that the Negaverse casually went around stealing for no reason other than that they could. That they hated magic, hated senshi, hated the world they lived in for what it really was and not for what they'd thought it was their whole lives before corrupting and entering the world of knowing there was so much more out there in a way that clearly left them bereft of any real understanding of what was beyond the stars, what senshi were for, and who the real enemies were. It disheartened him. He wanted to save all of these people from themselves, but so few wanted to open their eyes to the truth of the world and what was.
He sensed the auras of a Captain and another Super Senshi, and beelined for them. He wasn't taking any chances tonight. Not at all. Not when lives were on the line, more lives than this Captain seemed to care about.
"Double Slash!" he roared as he jumped on them from above, slashing as hard as he could into Vesuvianite's back. He wasn't letting him get away so easily. "Drop it! Bad dog!"
Not smart words, but hopefully crazy enough that the Captain would drop everything and just run. Or teleport out or whatever.
Lena Roze Fang swipes at his target with both hands, and two ghostly paws of a Chrysocyon with claws extended spring forth. They leave the sensation and appearance of deeper, more burning cuts, slicing into skin like a hot knife through butter. He can attack the same target twice, or two different targets, but he only has one chance to hit someone once per swipe. The effects lasts for about thirty seconds, has two uses, and has a range of fifteen feet. The magic can tear through clothes or can cause lasting damage at player discretion.

"Kerberos and Murikabushi will kick your a**!" Though she wanted to sound fierce, it came out as more of a whimper. She knew how pathetic she sounded, knew how terrified she looked, but maybe the threat of two eternals might deter him from continuing. And then she felt a tug. Her breath caught and fear gripped her. s**t. Was this seriously going to be the end? Before she could really come to terms with what was about to happen, the hand was removed from her chest and she was able to get out of the terrifying grip with only a minor cut to her neck. As she put distance between herself and the agent, she looked to see who had come to her aid and breathed a sigh of relief when she saw that yet again, it was Fang. She really needed to do something nice for this guy for saving her a** twice in one night. "You have no idea how happy i am to see you!" Tears finally spilled from the corners of her eyes but she smiled brightly at him. "Raging Slide!" Her foot slammed down hard and she watched with immense satisfaction as even larger rocks this time smashed into the chaos agent. Good. Maybe he would think twice next time. Quote: Super Attack: Raging Slide! Aruna stomps her foot and the ground beneath her targets becomes slick with wet, tightly packed dirt. An ethereal landslide mixed with debris, twigs, and rocks sweeps towards targets, causing the sensation of moderate bruises or scratches and very tricky footing. This attack has a distance of 15 feet and has two uses per transformation. Terrain change lasts 20 seconds. The effects of the magic will fade when the magic ends, but players can choose to take lasting or more severe damage.

Vesuvianite screamed as his skin was sliced open, and he dropped the girl's starseed to stagger back, to try to get out of the way of this crazy wolf guy and his awful, painful magic. But he didn't have much luck, because then he was tripping over a rockslide once ******** this and ******** you," he screamed at the both of them before he finally just gave up and teleported to the Negaverse with the energy he'd gathered. He needed to get out of that situation before it got way worse and deposit what he had. Playing with the stupid Order senshi wasn't conducive to saving Earth, anyway. Fang kept slicing at the agent until he was only hitting air as the man dissolved into the night, presumably teleporting to safety. Good. At least he was off the streets. That's all Fang needed. He needed to keep Earth safe from the true enemies, and that meant destroying Chaos (or purifying it) where he could. Breathing harshly, he slowly lowered himself to the ground as his magic spell faded, the paws dissipating into the air. He felt breathless from doing two harsh battles in the same night. He still had plenty of juice left, technically speaking, but he should probably head home and get some rest while he could, actually. The next couple of days would be horribly tense.
"Fang happy to see you again," he told Aruna, tail wagging slightly. "Not so happy to see Runa in trouble again, though. Maybe... more careful?"
He gave her a smile he intended to be sort of silly, hoping she didn't it take it too much to heart. Some days, you just had bad luck. He knew that very well.
