There had been mention of that alien senshi, the one who had been pulled into that prison with him and the others. If he could find them separate from Encke, then maybe he could find out more about their opinion on teamwork and collaborations. Nothing had been reported so far that seemed to be as antagonistic as the bugzapper but he was still cautious and kept his medallion in hand and his large coat tucked away into subspace to help sell the persona of being a captain.

Checking his tablet to look for the most recent sighting report, he tucked it away before making his way on foot to the mentioned park. Teleporting wasn't something he wanted to waste energy on, given how bone-tired he still was from the endless running around he'd been doing since the end of February. The days and locations he went to blended together, each different trip to space only being able to be differentiated due to the detailed notes he'd taken at each place.

It weighed on him even as he kept his team organized and running smoothly with the new requirements for reports and increased quotas. By now they all knew about how he was to be addressed and treated in front of order, a captain merely part of the team. One that was less than enthusiastic about the ideals the Negaverse held. It would take repeated exposure to solidify things, but he was in it for the long game, much as he always had been.

So when he spotted the senshi working on some sort of technology in the park, he slowed his approach and looked on curiously for a moment as he wrung his hands in the patternless fabric of his uniform.

"Hello," he said quietly as he moved closer and looked over the thing they were working on. It was outside his area of expertise, but he was sure Desiree could explain things to him if she was here.

"I... think I recognize you, from that terrifying place."
Not quite moving close enough for her to touch him but close enough that he didn't need to speak up terribly loudly, he could tell it was one of the senshi he'd been looking for.

Another part of a satellite down, more to go... Solaris worked carefully on fastening together some of the pieces, mindful of connecting cables that would enable the solar power to run freely as needed through the components. It wasn't the most complex work ever, but it was detailed, the plans were clean and intricate. Required a fair bit of focus with how tiny the pieces were, too...

The uneasy sensation of a Chaos aura hit her senses, and Solaris paused briefly before she continued with her work, keeping an eye out on her surroundings. It wasn't as strong as Jet's had been, more like... the other guy that'd been with him, a Captain. Closer to her rank, from her understanding. Didn't exactly narrow down her options on who it might be--nor should it. She'd hardly call herself friendly towards any of them. Civil... temporarily, yes.

For the moment, they weren't the greatest threat to the safety of this planet. Once that was taken care of, she could go back to figuring out how to rip Chaos out of this world. But as the saying went... enemy of enemies and so on.

As the aura approached where she sat amongst a collection of picnic tables, the tools and materials spread out carefully over a picnic blanket she'd tossed over the table to keep track of everything, Solaris too quick notice of the figure that broke into her general space. There was another slight pause as she considered him, the voice... yes. Familiar enough, appearance and voice. The 'Captain' Captain from the prison. She allowed herself a small, neutral smile, the sort she'd offer to anyone she passed in the streets. Not a friend, not an enemy. Just a person.

"Mutual, so we must be onto something. I believe you gave the codename of Captain or something alone those lines..?" The smile grew, slightly more amused than anything. She hadn't heard anyone call out his actual name, unlike some of the others who... still took on codenames--she really hadn't understood the point of all that, but not like it greatly mattered to her specifically.

She'd also not been forthcoming with an identification--Murikabushi and Kerberos only knew her name from the Order Database after they'd shared info about the prison and such on there. Not that the name held a power or something, her appearance gave her away already amongst humans.

"You're welcome to sit if you'd like, I just ask you not touch the parts--trying to make sure I don't lose anything. I assume you've heard about the shielding technology we've been trying to work on?" She motioned vaguely to the other side of the table, though there were certainly many other to choose from in the area if he preferred. "Not quite as skilled as a Mauvian would be working on this, but I can do enough." Her voice was light, casual as she looked back to her work. That being said--she knew how to draw her magic to her swiftly, and wasn't against blasting an agent at close quarters if needed. Even if it also got herself caught in the blast, in the process. She wasn't stupid or naive enough to let down her guard around the Negaverse, even if they were working towards the same goal of protecting the Earth.

Nodding slightly at the mention of his codename he did mirror her smile. "A lazy codename, I would say, but I really needed to focus on how to get home that night. It was the only thing I could come up with, even if it was just my rank..." It had been stressful, to say the least, even if he'd managed to get enough information to file a decent report to Laurelite the following morning.

Sitting down where the senshi motioned for him to go, he looked over things with some curiosity. "I honestly have not heard terribly much about things, I am not very well connected." It hadn't helped that he was juggling his job as a professor with business as usual on top of managing his growing team. The days had blended together, and even though he kept on top of his own reports, he hadn't managed to keep up with the constant influx of new reports from agents and their interactions with order.

"I hope it works... that thing seems cataclysmic, honestly. The mural I touched left an unpleasant impression on me, and it took a while to shake the lingering feeling. Are the storms effecting your world as well?" Keeping his hands from the parts and tech, he fiddled with the red gems that hung from his uniform. They reminded him of his fiance which helped keep his focus on the story he wove and the information he gave and got in return.

"Chal is my name, though I understand if you want to avoid responding with information of your own." He still wondered why this alien senshi was willing to help, considering he'd seen knights leaving Earth behind as a lost cause. He didn't trust any of it, especially with how disorganized things seemed to be most of the time.

Though the Chaotic aura made her skin crawl, Solaris kept a calm façade, continuing to work with a small screwdriver-like tool as he spoke. Her gaze did flick to him, though, when he stated little knowledge on the shielding devices, watching his face in an attempt to determine if he was lying or not. She wasn't familiar enough with him to be sure either way, to be fair, but old habits and all...

Her eyes moved back to her work, quiet as she listened to him. Not a bad voice. He hadn't gone off at the prison, and even now she got the impression of someone with greater patience. Useful in a war. His question was expected in its own way, though she was somewhat surprised he offered a name. She blinked, trying to roam through her mind on if she'd ever heard of some mineral named Chal. At least, she'd quickly noticed the consistent theme of Negaverse agent identities, for whatever reason. "Suppose you could call me Sol," she offered after a small moment of consideration, more of her own amusement at prolonging things. Knowing a proper name was useless, and if she ever let it slip that her people were Solarians, they might be able to pick up the full name of her world...

But it was a strange game she was enjoying. She'd take the simple pleasures right now.

"The shielding technology came from plans another senshi got from an alien merchant, Almadel--a number of people seem to know of him, so you might be familiar with the name already. Apologies if so. But, if we can make enough of these... we should be able to protect part of the planet from the serpent if it tries to attack. So, the more we can get up and running, the better. My understanding is that the information has been getting around to various groups. For the better, really, to get as many people as possible working on these." She spoke casually, not minding sharing the information she felt was pretty widely known at this point. If he was going to be civil, social even, she would meet that energy in kind.

"And yes, they are. I'm used to storms there, but these are... certainly far beyond that. Have you been having a sensation of being watched since the prison?" A rapid switch, yes, but she'd been curious for a while if anyone else had been having that feeling. It was driving her up a damn wall...
