Storms, especially loud ones with lots of rain, were thrilling in some sort of way which he couldn’t put words to. He just knew how he felt and he knew he enjoyed storms, even if it meant getting soaking wet and needing to dry off as soon as he got home, and he was going to return home at the end of the night dripping wet. The new home was nice, larger than he’d ever thought he’d get, it came with a mortgage but the home was still his and he preferred it to an apartment. The eternal was also sure Omen approved of the place, even if he might not like the piano playing he’d done the other night, the place was slowly becoming his more and more as decorations were bought here and there. Most of what he bought came from online, he felt like he found more things he liked when looking online, rather than shopping in person.
Omen was not going to like him coming home dripping wet, and not because of the mess he’d make but rather all the water he’d be covered in, but he was doing this for the Negaverse. There was energy to be gathered and he’d heard that the storms were producing more and better quality energy, standing on a rooftop with a hand up towards the night sky he was drawing what he could from the air, before he’d gone out he’d let Lorcan know because he made it a habit to let the other know when he was out - just incase. It was a matter of letting the other know what he was doing, knowing if he was safe at home or out doing powered things, it was just simple communication.
Using his free hand to brush his wet hair from his face, glad he hadn’t pinned it up or it would be too heavy, there was a startled jump at another loud rumble of thunder. It was loud enough to shake windows, he was certain of it, as he stood there with his hair being tugged by the wind as rain dripped from him. The energy was coming fast and easy as he cast his eyes up towards the night sky, this was nice, he liked the smell of rain and the chill that nipped at his skin.

Stichtite had seen more than enough of this odd weather and had gotten a briefing on it from his cousin after he'd already seen some patients come through with complaints of having been struck by lightning. It didn't sound like anything he particularly liked, especially when it came up that he might have to work directly with some order senshi. Knights were one thing; he didn't quite have an issue with them as long as they left him, Omen, and Kioshi alone. Unlike his partner, Stichtite had an umbrella with him to keep from getting too wet. The large coat that came with his promotion would probably weigh another hundred pounds if wet, and he preferred not to get weighed down by that much extra weight. Stepping up behind the other, he held the umbrella over them both as he sighed and thumbed a few of the remaining wet strands of their hair out of their face. "You know that getting soaked like that isn't good for you." Though he spoke flatly as usual, it wasn't with the same rudeness he had at times when speaking with his cousin. He meant well with his advice and wanted to avoid Kioshi getting sick while out on patrol. "I've gathered some energy for the evening, but a lot of people are staying indoors for obvious reasons. How long have you been out here? Omen managed to get on the counter and break into the cabinets again, so it's been at least since his dinner time. I didn't intend to run so late from work, but another person came in, having been struck by the storm." Running a hand back through his hair, he looked around and siphoned off a bit of energy. It felt like he could pull it from the air, almost like the storm had charged the atmosphere with energy. It was odd but if it made things easier then that meant he could do this part of the job more efficiently, and that was alright with him.

Turning to look over his shoulder, eyes landing on the General, a smile settling on his lips. "So far it hasn't killed me, but I'll try and avoid getting too wet." Shrugging gently before that smile turned into laughter. "Most people are being smart, for once, but we can take from the storm anyway." Looking up at the umbrella covering them both, blinking droplets of water off his eyelashes. Being able to drain from the storm was why he was out in this weather despite not many people being out, he didn't need them to be out in order to gather energy, this was a good night for energy gathering.
Another flash of lightening, causing him to turn and stare, his own uniform was heavy from the rain but wasn't nearly as heavy as his partners without being wet. "I'm not surprised Omen did that, he is bossy and needy." More than he used to be, at least it seemed like it. "I should have left him food out but I wasn't intending to be out so long either." It looked like neither of them had planned to be out as late as they had been, things simply happened.
"It's like caring for a child now more than before." Omen was indeed like a child, a toddler really. "The fact so many people are being struck, and they are all surviving, is unheard of. It's no doubt a shock to those people. I'm glad you're there to tend to them, good doctors are important." And while he may not like some things, including the rabies vaccine he'd been pushed to get, but he also understood it was part of Lorcan being a good doctor.
"I went out almost as soon as I got off work." Takign a step back, closer to the other, grayish eyes watching the storm. His hair, trailing down to the ground and along the roof top, his hair was heavier than his uniform. "Omen was at your place then?"
