Specs:

gaia_pawstamp Discord is required (otherwise you miss a lot and you need it to receive the lines)
gaia_pawstamp It is required for colorists to have photoshop/gimp/sai/something that can manipulate the psd file and its layers/grouped layers so things like MS Paint wont do.
gaia_pawstamp There will be a form of quality control on colorists and they may be asked to change/remove something.
gaia_pawstamp If asked to fix/change/remove something or a pet, it will be done respectfully and politely and is not meant to pick on the colorist, but to insure there isn't any tacky or uncredited brush use, unusable pets or offensive art/colorations. It is to ensure our Patrons get great quality pets for their time and plat.
gaia_pawstamp No matter if you become a guest or a part-time or a full-time colorist, the pay as far as plat goes is the same.
gaia_pawstamp You keep 100% of plat earned from the shop.
gaia_pawstamp Full-time colorists get 2 free pets a month, either colored yourself or by staff.
gaia_pawstamp Part-time colorists get 1 free pet a month, either colored for yourself of from staff.
gaia_pawstamp Guest Colorists get 1 free pet every 2 months either colored for yourself or by staff.
gaia_pawstamp The requirements/allowances are different though depending on position so please read carefully.
gaia_pawstamp Full-Time Colorist: Needs to be able to edit, will have a breeding thread(required), customs thread(required), will be able to make an auction in events and workload will vary but could be as high as 25 pets per event, Min of 19, Required to involve and color for events, are not required to cert but it would be helpful.
gaia_pawstamp Part-time colorist: Can choose if they are editing or non-editing, can have a breeding thread but not required, can have a customs thread but not required, will be able to make an auction in events they have chosen to color for, workload may vary but could be as high as 15 pets per event, are not required to cert but it would be helpful.
gaia_pawstamp Guest colorist: Are non-editing, cannot have a breeding/customs thread, cannot make auctions, Can choose to color or not to color for events, Min workload is 6 pets per event that they choose to color for but can choose to do more if they want to, cannot cert.
gaia_pawstamp We understand real life comes first heart , so any hiatus/abscesses wont necessarily get you demoted, just talk to the shop owner, She will decide entirely about all that, but we get it.
gaia_pawstamp The shop may demote you if you end up being gone for more than 6 months (unless discussed with the shop owner)
gaia_pawstamp Points for the Exchange will not be used as payment and will require Roleplay, even for staff.

How to apply:

gaia_pawstamp Download the Lines to color your samples on below.
gaia_pawstamp Copy and paste the form in the code box at the end of this post, please fill it out completely.
gaia_pawstamp Provide at least 2 samples of your work on the sample lion.
gaia_pawstamp If you plan to be an editing/full-time colorist, one of 2 lion samples needs to be edited so flex them skilz!
gaia_pawstamp If you can, other samples from other shops/artwork would help too, especially if you're editing.
gaia_pawstamp Don't worry about if the colorations are all natural or not (more will be explained upon hiring)
gaia_pawstamp Post it and we will look it over!
