The last time one of these storms had occurred was when he was inside and while it had felt and looked different, being outside when the storm occurred was different. Unfortunately, he had been caught outside as he was going home from work, and when it did happen, he wanted to be in a position where he could heal more quickly if need be. This storm was different compared to normal storms, or at least the color of the clouds was. Green usually indicated a tornado, so purple was... something else. It reminded him of Chaos somehow, and he wondered if the Negaverse had gotten control of the weather. He found himself in a small gazebo in the park he would pass on his way home from work. He was shivering. Not from the cold, but subconsciously this reminded him of something else, something that had happened to his past self, but it couldn't be the same thing right? It just had to be the Negaverse somehow...

Sessrumnir would have been so disappointed if Alastor had willingly stayed out in the storm. Even though he ‘didn’t want to suggest standing out in the storm’ to see if it would take someone back to the space-prison they’d found, Alastor had been willing to try. Sessrumnir hadn’t been particularly enthusiastic at the thought so maybe it was best left to someone younger.
Alastor didn’t feel old. When the weather picked up, he thought he might be able to jog home before it got too bad, but when lightning struck a few feet away from him he decided to be safe. His family had enough to deal with without worrying he was getting into trouble.
Someone else had already found sanctuary in the gazebo so Alastor figured it was as good a place as any.
“Hey,” he greeted, phone in hand. “Hope you don’t mind company.”
Even in the dimness of the night, he could see the Senshi shivering so he paused. It wasn’t particularly chilly, especially compared to the winter they’d just have. The wind was cool but not cold so something didn’t feel quite right–even more than usual. “You okay?”

Well, he didn't appear to be the only one out in the storm. And this Senshi he could have sworn he had seen before. He really needed to keep notes of who he met with. "Idon'tmind." Caliban said quickly, trying to keep his mouth from trembling. "I'm f-fine." s**t. Well that had erased any doubt that the other Senshi may have had about his current state. He let out a sigh. "Well, actually no. This reminds me of what happened on my Homeworld, my past life, and I don't like it. So I hope it's not what I'm thinking." He looked over at the other. "Have you had any experience with this type of thing? Or information. I've been out of the game for a while so things have been happening that I'm unaware of."

“Oh,” Alastor said easily, and glanced back out at the storm. “I’ve got a lot of experience with bad weather, between my world and Jupiter. I’ve seen a lot of storms, but I guess nothing quite like this. It should pass soon, I think the storms wear themselves out. But we don’t have to stay here for it, do you want to head to Alastor with me? It’s much nicer than the last time you were there. I haven’t seen a storm in months.”
He pulled away from the side of the gazebo; he probably would have offered to take Caliban up there even if there wasn’t a good reason to give Earth a few minutes to calm down.
“You should see how much life’s come back to it. I owe it in part to you, I wouldn’t have come so far if I hadn’t had so many people help me drive back the Chaos. It’ll be quieter there, maybe better for talking. I suppose I’ve got a bit to fill you in on. Not much of it is pleasant. Maybe you can tell me what happened to your homeworld in your past life, too?”

Caliban thought about it for a moment before giving Alastor a nod. "Yeah, I think that would be best right now." At least getting away from this storm was his first priority, but with Alastor said, well he wanted to see how much the other's Homeworld had changed. Maybe his could as well, if he bothered to visit it every once in a while. But the other Senshi also said that Caliban needed to be filled in. What did that mean? He doubted it was good news at any rate, but he would be able to react to it better if he wasn't having an anxiety attack at the same time. He took out his Senshi phone to send a quick message to Key about being out longer than he expected and put it away, looking back at Alastor. "Ready whenever you are."

Alastor didn’t need to be encouraged twice; without unnecessary fanfare, Alastor hooked his arm around Caliban’s and pressed the app on his phone. They were teleported from the dark, stormy Destiny City to a cool, breezy evening on Alastor. The stars were bright and though there were a few clouds in the sky, they did little to obscure the moonlight.
The world wasn’t really dark, anyway; bright golden orbs near the great oak tree by the Hall of the Ancients created a warm, pleasant light that seemed to illuminate the whole area as they floated leisurely up to the sky. The glowing lights varied in size and brightness but when reflecting off of the golden tree, it only enhanced its beauty. They’d arrived not too far away from it.
His world was different now, lively. The grass was healthy but well kept, probably thanks to the herd of sleeping goats in the distance. The shadow of two large birds flying into the forest was visible. There was a clear smell of fresh flowers, almost like gardenias.
Inhaling deeply, Alastor then breathed a contented sigh. “Ah, much better. I’ve been spending a lot of time up here. The Hall’s in great shape, I’ve made all the repairs. And I’ve had a lot of animals move in. They like the attention. And my garden. I’ve had to rebuild my fence twice in the last few months.”
