Meetings with knights, senshi and an alien merchant were becoming a bit crazy for him, he didn't normally talk to order this much, but at this point he was willing to do whatever he could in order to gather information. However, all that niceness did not mean he didn't still have a duty to gather energy. he'd been doing that tonight, since he hadn't been planning on any meetings with order, he was sure they'd need whatever energy they could get in order to handle this beast when the time came.
That didn't mean he'd turn away from an order signature when he picked one up though, because he still had orders from his Queen and those were to talk with order. So when he felt the signature of a knight he gave up his energy gathering, leaving the sleepy man near a camp fire, and headed off towards the signature. The park he'd been in was filled with little spots for camp fires, so people could have cook outs using them, the homeless liked them to keep warm at night.
The large public library loomed ahead, the signature was on top of him, and the general casually wandered himself across the street to stand o nthe same side of the road as the library. Was he going to get lucky tonight?

The Royal Knight felt an aura approaching, but was surprised to find it was not even vaguely aligned with the white moon. It was rare for Chaos to come anywhere near him, even if he was not fully powered up tonight. He was in his Knight form, a much lower aura radiating from him. But still, a strong one for most to want to mess with.
Maybe he was looking for the brave. The angry. Maybe he was trying to tempt a little fate, and see if he could get a fight to distract himself. He told himself he was above picking fights for the sake of it, reminded himself that he fought for all sides, if they came to him for help. But if someone did want to take a swing at him, at least for tonight, he doubted he would summon his shield.
Defense would not be the best offense. Not tonight. Not with how he was feeling.
He dropped from the roof, as he had done hundreds of times before, landing on the sidewalk with a heavy clang of armor. He stood, eyes focusing on the Negaverse agent approaching from across the street. The back of his mind registered a click, and he lost hope in a distracting fight or any chance to relieve some tension in a simple, primal way.
Even so, he stood tall, nodding his head in greeting. He held off on powering up fully for now, his identity and rank not exactly a secret, regardless of what armor he was wearing.
"Good evening."

Raising a hand, waving even, the blond smiled lightly. "Evening." Nodding his head to follow up his words. He was not looking to fight, not even verbally, he was here to talk and share information as well. This was to be a peaceful interaction, or so he hoped. "I can't imagine that landing is any good with the added weight of your armor." Shaking his head a bit as he stopped a foot or so before the other, he'd let the other decide if he should get closer, he'd give the knight his space for the moment just incase.
"I was hoping we could talk, maybe walk and talk if you want." Tilting his head, questioning eyes staring at the other. "I was hoping you might be able to help, or I could just bounce ideas off you...and let you shoot them down or add to them. I don't know if you keep up with the other knights, most are a lot younger and I imagine it would be akward being surrounded by children, but there is a good bit going on with the lightining. I'm just looking to see if you might have any ideas on things, if I could present what I know first of course." He was, for now, leaving everything up to the older male. Let them decide how the conversation went, if it went anywhere, rather than pushing. He'd seen how poorly that could go, or that he might bombard someone with too much all at once. He'd let Camelot have a say in things and help pace things, so he didn't overwhelm.
